Extremely rude customer service, my service dog has been going here since he a puppy, they denied his nexgard order from chewy.com. when I called in to find out, the lady was totally ignorant from the start when I asked why.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have great community education sessions. The doctors are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The building is nice and modern. It's a good place to take your pet for a check-up or an emergency.
