I called down to ask for help with my elderly chihuahua who was suffering. I hadn't had him to them in quite awhile, Because I haven't had to. He was 18 years old and had a healthy, happy, well loved life. I was treated with absolute disgust and was told that they have to deal with more current patients, and perhaps if I had him in months before… they could have prevented it. They basically accused me of killing my dog. This isnt the first time. Years ago I had a retiriever that was sick and they accused us of causing that too. This vet.office has had its ups and downs today I gave it 4 stars maybe should have gave it 5 why.Well the vet we had today was very very patient with my two dogs they are not very friendly to other people at all but today I was very surprised the vet took his time and talked to both dogs didn't push himself on them and waited till they wanted to check him out.It only took about 10 min.and my boxer made up to him even kissed his face that shocked me.but all it took was a little time.Both my dogs had a very good experience there so maybe next time they go they might do even better.

I made an emergency appointment for my 13 year old german shepherd chow mix. She was having trouble with her hips as she had arthritis. Dr. John was able to tell immediately that something else was going on. The entire staff was compassionate and patient with me as they did xrays that showed my dog had large tumors in her abdomen. They were all so kind and extremely well informed and were able to assist me in making the correct decision to put my girl to rest. They made a heart breaking situation as easy as it could be. If I ever get another furry friend I will be bringing them to see Dr. John

My pug had a check up there today. I sat and waited 45 minutes with my hyperactive pug and my rambunctious 4 year old for the veterinarian to even come in to see my dog. My opinion is they need to speed things up a bit. It’s totally not necessary to sit there that long wearing a mask to boot... other than the LONG WAIT TIME. The actual service there isn’t bad and the staff are really nice.

They charge $77 for just the visit. I've gotten as much help as l could afford with a real sick pet. Doc went about telling me the bad news in the nicest way he could.
I think the visit itself was stretched out for too long and l can't understand the need for that.
But I was given an appointment two days away from when I called. Which was the good thing
