Twin Pines Ford has been amazing. Our daughter had her eye on a specific car and she wanted to use our own credit union to finance. They are very easy to work with. I’ve been there twice and brought my boyfriend to get his car as well. My most recent experience was amazing. Really can't say enough about how terrific this place is. Came to just look at a car and 90 minutes later walked out with one! Very professional, efficient, and friendly service by salesman Sean and finance person Jason. They really went out of their way to make it easy. Purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 for my wife on October 23rd, 2020. Worked with a nice salesman Matthew. Everything went great up until we were passed off to the guy who was trying to sell us the extended warranty. I understand that is the business model and that's where they make the $ but I told them upfront that we were NOT interested. Still had to sit through the sales pitch. I had been shopping for a low mileage one year old van still under warrantee for over six weeks and had been hit over and over where the website price was much lower than the price when I went to the dealership. You know the old 'bait and switch'.

I had a transmission leak and stopped in to see if I could have it looked at unannounced . The service adviser told me that I'd have to schedule an appointment - understandable ! So I started the application , year , make etc ... He then stated that they'd have to put a fluorescent dye and it would be $150.00 plus tax I asked what was the date for this was an external leak on the transmission He stated that that's what they do for transmission leaks being out of town for 150 I said it was worth it then he asked me what engine do I have in my 250 super duty I told him a 6.0 diesel

Worst service dept ever! I bought a Ford F-150 at another dealership. According to the CarFax it has remote start. Since I don't seem to have it, I went to Twin Pines service and was directed to the service manager. Using my fob he determined it didn't have remote start. I asked if they could put it on the computer to see if there was a hook up for it. He went to another mechanic, looked at him, then came back to me and said they can't do that. He had an pissy attitude that I bought the truck elsewhere. Will bring my business elsewhere that it's appreciated.

Sales Rep very nice. Finance guy attempted to sell me a $6k warranty , presented this as only $560 and I asked several time if this was a 1 time payment and yes-too good to be true. Went to sign the docs and lots of extra numbers of 2999 , 859, 1149 etc. Nope, then explained that was the NEW car pmnt he was pointing out, not the price of the warranty. No longer as welcoming to me when I stripped all warranty's from the contract. Got my 3 yr old QX60 home to realize it had new non matching tires on the back. Called the manager who agreed at a $30K price point should not happen but

Found a car of my choice at a great price - cheapest price I was seeing compared to several other dealers I had been to. Decided to drive the 1.5 hours to TPF for this reason.
Got an appointment for Friday at 1pm. The sales agent, Spyro, gave me his mobile number, which worked out well when I was running late so I texted him to inform him.
