I have worked with John to get three different cars. The first car I purchased was out of necessity as my older car was no longer reliable. I began searching for the best car in my price range with the least amount of miles and model year. Best Buy Pre-Owned beat other dealerships on price by a wide margin. When I walked in, John gave me much more on a trade than I was expecting and gave me a very fair deal on the car without needing to haggle or push. Two months later, I sadly totaled that car on a deer. I was so upset because I got such a great deal. But I called John up and told him the situation
