If at any time you become unsatisfied with the treatments offered by Elite pest control then we will retreat problem areas on property until pest situation is fully resolved. If after 2 full monthly treatments, you are still dissatisfied with our service and decide to cancel, we will refund you half of your regular service charge.
Keep bushes and trees at least a foot away from your home to help prevent problems with spiders and other insects. Also keep mature trees trimmed and away from the house, to stop roof rats from accessing the roof or attic of the house. Seal off or caulk any holes in or around your home to prevent insect or rodent infestations.

I contacted them after feelings like the exterminator contracted through my apartments wasn’t being completely honest or thorough, after Dustin had come (he called me and arrived early) and he was very professional and very informative of his professional opinion regarding the bugs in my home. He also explained to me how to identify different species, where to look, and what they do. He was upfront and honest with me about his findings, and the office ladies were very kind, helpful, and heard me out. They also replied promptly and helped me with any of my concerns and asked for pictures of what

I've been using Elite for many years and I just recently had an issue with some bee swarms in my back yard. I called the office and they had someone out right away to take care of it! Then just a couple weeks ago my kids left the back door open and a tarantula made its way inside!! I called Elite and the owner came over and got the spider and took it out to release it into the desert. Now that's customer service for you!! Great prices and family owned. That's what I love about them, you ever have a problem you can talk to the OWNER, then you know you will get results.

Elite Pest control has had amazing customer service. We've had problems with scorpions and spiders and I don't remember he last time I've seen either! One time we also had a snake! With one call, Shane was over at my house within 5 min to catch it! I don't know what I would've done without his quick response! The best in town!! I highly recommend them!!
