I was extremely impressed with your professionalism and efficiency. I will certainly recommend your services to anyone I know who is looking for an inspection. I have been on the home-buying side seven times and the selling side six times. I feel that LaRocca Inspections is the most competent and comprehensive available in the Los Angeles area.
I heartily recommend the service. Know your next move. Determining the condition of the home being sold gives the buyer and seller the knowledge to address any recommendations appropriately. California is a Buyer Beware state. A buyer won't know the "as is" condition referred to in their purchase contract without the help of Los Angeles home inspectors.

Services
Mold can grow in any area with moisture. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have reported mold links to upper respiratory tract symptoms, including coughing and wheezing in otherwise healthy individuals. Mold can also destroy parts of a home infrastructure and lead to expensive repairs inside walls and floors.
Chimneys can be an asset to a property, but they require periodic inspection for the safety of your home and everyone who lives there. Your fireplace processes fire and gases away from the room while retaining as much heat as possible. If you use your fireplace regularly to burn wood, you are likely building up soot and creosote on the inside of the chimney.
Sewer line pipes and joints are constructed from materials that wear over time or can become damaged from external forces such as tree roots, earth tremors, or erosion. A major break in your sewer line can cause catastrophic damage to your property and a costly repair. Our Los Angeles sewer line inspection provides cost-effective peace of mind that you are proactively ensuring the integrity of your sewer line.
LaRocca Inspections requires certification once each new inspector's credentials are obtained. Each inspector is required to be a member of either the California Real Estate Inspectors Association (CREIA) or the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). These associations offer testing and certification, along with required continuing education in order to remain membership.

LaRocca was great! Francheska L. came to the property on time and paid attention to every detail a potential buyer could ask for. It's scary to trust that these inspections can alert of potential risks or large issues down the road, but I feel confident that Francheska caught everything we'd hope an inspector would & prepared us well as we navigate this life-changing investment & decision. Five stars.

Jay was wonderful, friendly, attentive to detail, and very knowledgeable. Buying a house is a stressful situation - especially as a first time buyer! You don't know what you're looking for! Jay made it so easy and he was so efficient in getting us the report as fast and detailed as possible. I would certainly recommend LaRocca to anyone in need of an inspection.

We are no escrow for a house a competitive sellers market where everything needs to revolve very fast from the buyer side. I have worked with many general inspectors in the past but they have proven to be this time the most professional fast and reliable. I will use them from now on on every purchase!

ONE OF THE BEST INSPECTION COMPANIES IN THE LOS ANGELES AREA!
I'm a real estate attorney and also a seasoned veteran of real estate (25+ years), and I have used LaRocca Inspections for over 10 years, and they have always done a terrific job.
This time, I had the pleasure of working with Sal P. and he made time for us on a Sunday, and then stayed for 3+ hours at the property, noting most everything that might be a problem at the property. This inspection was a last minute rush as we were in a multiple offer situation, and we wanted to get our inspections done prior to the seller deciding

I hired La Rocca for a home inspection. They sent a guy named Lou. I felt he was extremely unknowledgeable (he didn't even know how to lift an AC register from the ground, I literally did it for him). Now 1 year later, I can say after using other inpsectors on previous purchases, this was the worst inspection I have ever had. How Lou is an inspector is beyond my comprehension. He missed thousands upon thousands of dollars of issues that I now must resolve using my own money. This is a JOKE of a company. Avoid like the plague. Or you'll be stuck paying for repairs years down the line.

I purchased a home several months ago and used this company, at the request of my real estate agent, for a home inspection. At first I though they did a great job. The man who came to the house told me everything he found and walked me through it. But since moving into the home we have had MANY expensive problems that the inspector said nothing about! We had to fully replace the water heater and the gas line to the water heater after the water heater stopped working one evening. The person who installed our new water heater discovered a gas leak where the water heater attaches to a gas line. Something

I purchased a condo and went with LaRocca because my realtor highly recommended them. They also seemed legit given the reviews in here. As a first time home buyer I wanted to make sure I got a good inspection, so I went with LaRocca.
Unfortunately, LaRocca's inspection missed a lot of things and I find myself spending tens of thousands of dollars trying to fix these missed mistakes now. Had these issues been brought to my attention I would not have gone through with this purchase.
I would caution other future home buyers about going with this company. In rereading a lot of the reviews

My agent arranged for these inspectors for a home I was in escrow with. The inspector missed tons of significant errors in the plumbing, bathroom, and other areas of the house that ended up costing me tens of thousands of dollars in repairs and fixes. I had to replace the entire master bathroom bath because it was built out of cement (warning sign) and the floor was cracked and had been sealed by the seller with clear sealant. The entire bath and walls had to be torn out and redone. The oven was wired on a 10 amp cumircuit instead of the necessary 30 amp circuit. That's enough power that the

Victor here is in the wrong role. We had an inspection scheduled for today at 9am; at 9:15, when no one had shown up, we got a call cancelling the inspection, without reason. When they were pressed, we were told they first tried to blame our agent and then told the truth-- they had double booked and chose to go with the larger, more expensive house. We were here, our agent was here, and our seller's agent were here. We are at the end of our inspection contingency, and Victor's careless behavior has threatened our ability to meet our escrow deadlines. Perhaps the worst quality in a home

I can't say how much appreciated and thankful for Patrick Gallagher---our inspector for our new home. I and my agent called LA Rocea Inspection company and mentioned we need a professional inspector. They sent Patrick to inspect our house. Patrick seemed very easy to finish his job. I even had doubted whether he finished everything until I got his report. He sent us inspection report with 56 pages in the same same. Can't believe it! His report is very professional and in every detail, he checked everything including foundation, roof and garden, every corner of our house, noticed everything need
