It is our top priority that we do everything in our power to make Bell Fitness a safe and healthy environment for you. We are not a big box gym, and we believe in the power of health and wellness as a catalyst for a healthy immune system! Here are the steps we are taking and the changes we are implementing to our operating procedures.
At Bell Fitness, we use the InBody Result Sheet to guide, educate, and care for our clients in ways that were never before possible. The InBody Body Composition Analyzer is a state of the art program that will show you that our programs work by tracking your progress with incredible detail! Identify muscle or fat imbalances with the Segmental Lean and Fat Analyses.
We've read the research and 30 minutes is absolutely enough. Thanks to something called Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (a.k.a. the 'Afterburn Effect'), High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) can set you up to continue burning calories for up to 48 hours after your workout, meaning that the length of the workout is less important than the type of workout in terms of calories burned.
Bell Fitness is a results-driven and energetic fitness and nutrition program that includes motivation, accountability, and dynamic resistance training, all designed to give our members the body they want in a safe, fun, and non-intimidating atmosphere, in only 30 MINUTES. Instructs small group scheduled sessions through HIIT style workouts, beginning and ending on time; provides adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool down.

BF is more than a gym…a gym is just a place- Bell Fitness is family. Every workout is different, but it’s always hard work…and if you stick with it, it’s rewarding to see your body transform and get toned, and have fun while doing it. The schedule and location are convenient…if you’re looking for a sign to give it a try, this is it! I’m so glad that I did…my only regret that I didn’t start sooner!

I love Bell Fitness! It’s been awhile since I’ve worked out and was a bit nervous about starting up again. All of the trainers are wonderful. And the members were so friendly from my very first visit! They really kept me motivated. I’ve had a setback with back issues and they have checked in with me several times since I haven’t been in the studio. I really feel like they care about me and are there to help me succeed. The new stretching class has been a godsend for me right now! Perfect timing! Highly recommend Bell Fitness!

I love this place, the trainers are very encouraging and fun. They can really make you break a sweat! You will notice results within a couple work out sessions, I noticed improvement in my strength and mobility. I feel more active and good about myself. The amazing coaches at Bell Fitness push you to your limits, while acknowledging everyone's physical limitations. I was concerned about being able to participate in the structured classes with my diastasis recti, but the coaches proactively suggest alternative exercises when needed. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging and it's such a fun workout environment. I love my Bell Fitness Fam!

They create unique workouts every day—whether the focus is on strength or cardio—and you’re never bored. I haven't enjoyed exercising since my 20s until Bell fitness! The atmosphere is supportive, all fitness levels welcome and not intimidating like big gyms. The coaches and owner are absolutely amazing! The app is very easy to sign up for class (this was my frustration with my previous gym.) Not kidding, I want to go workout!! 💪

I have tried to be consistent with exercise through gym memberships and accountability through friends, but have never been able to stay motivated beyond a couple weeks. Bell Fitness is fun and motivating. Routines and instructors change, it’s just never gets old! The people at Bell Fitness are great and I’m very grateful for them. I love the friendly environment at Bell Fitness! Each person motivates one another and encourages to push harder in the workout routine. I love it! Just got a membership here and it was only my first day as of 1/31/18. Staff was very welcoming, nice and informative. They gave me a meal plan grocery list that helped me understand my portion control. They weigh you and measure your body fat, muscle mass, and bone density as part of the consultation. Workouts are only 30 mins but very intense you feel the burn right away. Will update results a month from now.

I was going to be visiting family in Litchfield Park and am a member of St Marys Fit Body Boot Camp in California MD. After submitting a contact form through the website, Margherita responded right away and welcomed me to work out with them while I was in town. They made me feel as though I were a part of their Fit family and I thoroughly enjoyed the workouts and coaches. I highly recommend this gym! Love my boot camp family. All the trainers are fantastic. Tons of classes, stretching, yoga, boot camp, nutrition classes. Even on Sat. mornings there's boot camp. Must give it a try. Very rewarding.

I love FBBC! I used my groupon to try them out and enjoyed my time there! I would highly recommend FBBC to get fit and back to the body that you want! Finding Fit Body Boot Camp in Litchfield Park was the happiest of accidents.
The Trainers, Margherita and Michael are encouraging and knowledgable in all aspects of health and fitness.
The program is easy to follow and gets results-FAST. I started to see results after just 2 weeks!
The very term "boot camp" is enough to produce images of a Jillian Michaels type trainer screaming orders and insults in rapid succession while I'm crying, sweating and begging for mercy; however, FBBC is nothing like that. The Trainers, although tough, are fair and friendly.

Awesome workouts with awesome trainers! Each workout session lasts 30 mins, and are scheduled at various times, so it's very easy to fit into my busy schedule. The trainers are very encouraging and personable. Never intimidating or pushy. I've been going for three weeks now and I'm already seeing great results! I'm so excited to have found a workout routine that I can look forward to! I highly recommend!!
