Services
At the Fitness Institute Arrowhead, we serve a wide range of individuals from adolescents already struggling with weight who wish to change the course of their lives to elderly clientele who are most concerned about maintaining bone density, mobility, health and vitality. However, the majority of our clientele fall within the 30-60 range with the primary concerns of losing weight and regaining fitness while promoting good health.
The Fitness Institute has an array of fitness equipment suited for people of all fitness levels. Beginners and experienced clients alike will find ample equipment for our trainers to keep your workouts both interesting and challenging. The semi-private nature of the gym allows uninterrupted workouts with no waiting around for machines to open.
My husband Tim and I finally got back to our very favorite place and trainers today after several months surgeries and recuperation. It felt wonderful. Greg has been my trainer for about 14 years. I wouldn't go shopping for another. And Jim, who is an old friend worked with Tim. Both were very understanding of our situation.

I started working with Greg as my trainer a couple of months ago. He is extremely patient, experienced, kind, and intelligent as a trainer. I have learned a tremendous amount about my body and the unhealthy way I was eating and exercising since working with Greg. He is meticulous in recording and keeping information. In addition Greg is well educated in his profession and stays on the cutting edge as research is revealed. Greg and Connor are both VERY knowledgeable. Greg took the time to inquire what my specific needs are. Developed a plan tailored to my needs, including a complete menu. I have been going to TFI arrowhead for approx 4 months. Greg and his team are amazing! They push you to your goals and are extremely supportive and focused on you the entire workout. I have lost nearly 20lbs and have never felt better. No matter what you goals are you have to go to TFI Arrowhead and meet the team!

After just a month the results I've seen as a 55+ guy with over a hundred pounds to lose have been remarkable. Not so much in the way I look (yet?) but a HUGE difference in the way I feel. First visit Greg asked me about my fitness goals and I said "I want to save my knees and my hips" Too many people 10 or more years older than me have had them replaced. My work takes me on roofs and gives my knees all sorts of abuse. Greg designed a workout unlike any I've had before, and within the first two weeks my knees hurt less. I am so thankful my friend told me about the Fitness Institute. It is exactly what I needed. I had hurt my back six months prior at a boot camp exercise class. This was the perfect place to start exercising again. The personal trainers have a lot more education, training and knowledge on how to exercise without injuring your body. Since my back was not completely healed my personal trainer was able to create an exercise program that was safe and effective for me to gain back my core strength and get back to my active lifestyle. I am so happy that I came to The Fitness Institute! I came looking for a workout plan that would help me increase my vertical. I definitely got that and more! The trainers set me up with a diet plan that was specific to the workouts I would be receiving and my daily lifestyle. By joining here I not only increased my vertical, but I also increased my endurance, strength, and managed to drop a couple pounds! All the trainers are very friendly people.
