I thought Kevin and Dena did an excellent job inspecting a home we are buying. Uncovered a few problems and did a very thorough job. Not like so many of these home inspection firms you hire, who have been through like 12 hours of instruction and miss major issues while highlighting minor ones. Not the cheapest option but you get what you pay for. At least we know what we're walking into. Confident if we address the issues they uncovered we will be problem free for years. Highly recommended.

I honestly just made a google account strictly to be able to give these folks the praise they deserve! Honest an caring, knowledgeable, and extremely professional! Not to mention they picked up on things I would have never noticed in a million years! My boyfriend and I are buying a first home and we are so beyond blessed they were suggested to us. Honest pricing, elaborate detail, suggestive ways of fixing the problem. I now feel confident in whichever decision we choose.
