This is literally the absolute worst car service and booking in the world !!!! You can call an Uber, wait, and be at your destination faster than waiting for them and can get the same type of car for cheaper. How do I know ??? After waiting 50 minutes after my scheduled pickup time I decided to call an Uber and see for myself. I will

After overcharging for a 4 hour service they had the audacity to charge for the hour that we had to wait for the pickup at Soldiers Field. there is a limo pickup area where our driver said he would be but unfortunately he was parked on Lake Shore Dr. After every otHer person and vehicle had left the venue, including the police our limo showed up.
When I called to dispute the charge the person to whom I spoke was confrontational and rude. I should have gone to Yelp first as this place is unreliable and incompetent.

Booking was easy and the trolley was super nice for my wedding day. Unfortunately we had a horrible driver. He blared Russian techno and refused to turn it down and kept turning it back on after 4 times of asking him to turn it off. He stated "i never drive a trolley, only a party bus". He wouldn't let us control the temperature or music until we stopped, which the first stop was 45 minutes away. He also refused to stop to let the bride and groom off for a quick picture in front of the wrigley building and instead parked 4 blocks away and make us walk in the rain! I emailed the company

Never again. Waited 15 minutes for an airport pickup. Driver was apologetic, but that helped not at all. Then, finally, when we were loaded up and going, he asked if we wanted water. He had to stop the car, get out and fumble in the trunk for a couple of minutes to get 2 bottles, one small and the other regular size. Was irritating after the delay in arrival.

Booked a car for round trip airport service. They responded immediately to Facebook messages, and Steve called me at MY earliest convenience to finalize everything. He was so helpful and reasonable. Prices beat other companies by a significant amount. Having flights changed due to storms, I contacted Steve by email and he modified my reservations for me immediately without any fuss. Not only professional, but also personable. Will definitely book them next time I am in Chicago!

I booked this for my son's wedding on June 11 of this year and the air conditioning did not work on a 97 degree day. I totally understand that the company does not have any control over the weather, but I would imagine that when your busy time of the year is the summer with weddings, proms, etc., you would make sure that air conditioning would be a top priority! The bride and her bridesmaids spent a great deal on money on make-up and hair and they arrived at the wedding totally perspired! The groom and the groomsmen were able to take off their jackets but were nonetheless very uncomfortable

This company is a complete sham. They make their name sound like so many of the limo companies in Chicago because it's not even a real business. Booked them for my wedding and they were supposed to provide us with a party bus suitable for 35-40 people. When the bus got to the church, not only did 25 of us all have to sit shoulder to shoulder on the bus, the air conditioning didn't work. It was also 95 degrees that day. We constantly asked the driver to turn up the air but he was too busy playing with his phone. We actually had to eliminate all the places we wanted to take pictures that

They get one star because I can't go lower! Horrible rottenly rude people that charge top dollar. Used them as a last request...I would rather be standing on a fully crowded train before paying them again. Save your money. Had to pay a 3 hr min. Only to be told after the fact it was a point to point delivery. Rude driver and was not the car they promised. NEVER AGAIN.

If I could give these people a 0 I would. 0 for 3. Late all 3 times, once so late I was told I would get the service for half off but they charged me the full amount and I almost missed my flight. All 3 times they lost my reservation as well. This limo business is a front for something else I am sure. The driver arrived all 3 times with wet hair and blood shot eyes. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully you will see this post and use another service.
Update: They did fully refund one of my credit cards and partially refund the other so I am a little more pleased

Quick background: I frequently use limo services in Chicago as I travel frequently for work. I used A1 last week because of the Groupon deal that was run and used the service for personal travel.
The experience: On the trip to the airport, the driver showed up on time, but was clueless about how the Groupons work. As a business owner who has used Groupon, it is A1 management's responsibility to ensure ALL drivers are familiar with the Groupon vouchers and how they work. The driver tried to convince me that because I purchased a Groupon for $35 of the $75 normal fare, I owed him $40. He refused

AWFUL!!!!! Idiot driver got lost going downtown from airport to high end hotel, claimed that his gps wasn't working, which is why he couldn't find hotel. Then claimed that he lived in the suburbs, which is why he didn't know downtown. Then, to make it worse, the car reeked of cigarette smoke, so much that I was physically ill by the end of the ride. You're a freaking driver! You should know your route!!!! There isn't supposed to be smoking in hired cars in Chicago!!! So making a complaint to the taxi commission when they open on Monday!!!!!

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!! Just so you read this entire story I will just tell you this service ended with police. My parents husband and I used this service to travel to and from the airport. The owner and operator of this company showed up late to pick us up by about 20 minutes with out apology. Once sitting in the dirty looking limo we drove the entire way with fruit flies everywhere in the car. I am talking at least 15 of them, the driver did not want to listen to us complain so he rolled up the driver window. Upon arrival we still gave the gentleman a $20 tip.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I had a horrible experience with this company. After calling them I was quoted for a trip for a party bus on the phone for $195 each way. After ordering with them I received an invoice totalling about $400. Later The problem came when the limo showed up and the bill came to close to $800!! Aparently the first bill was only for half the trip; I later got a second invoice for the second half. Again, i was told on the phone it would be $195 each way; later I learned the $800 bill was due to a 4hr minimum!?!? I thought this was a RIDICULOUS price since I did my homework
