We used Deluxe Chicago Limo for a roundtrip transfer from O'Hare. We initially had another company booked, but the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional so I canceled. I am so glad we ended up using this company!! We requested a carseat and it was installed upon arrival. Emre was our driver both ways and he was great. Lugging a toddler and luggage through an airport is no easy feat, but Emre helped us out a ton. The cars were also very nice and spotless. Thank you!

The driver came into the church of my wedding and up to the alter where I was taking family photos to flash his phone in my face - to tell me that we were running late for our next stop. He literally threatened to leave us and put our personal belongings on the street. Completely unprofessional and my groomsman had to step in and remove him from the church. We arrived at our final destination ahead of schedule*.

Man shout out to my driver Togi!!! I came to Chicago with my girlfriend for our 1 year anniversary. I requested a specific song to be played and he had it on repeat the entire 30 minutes! The Escalade was extremely clean and Togi was polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

I initially experienced an issue with booking and then received a call directly from the owner himself to try to problem solve so they could accommodate my needs. Day of transportation was FANTASTIC and Eric was awesome. Great customer service and would higly recommend Deluxe Chicago!
