I called to intercontinental transportation and spoke with an EXTREMELY rude woman named Victoria. My friends and I were wanting to book a Sprinter for a birthday celebration. I asked her if there would be a driver and her response was “Obviously there would be a driver, we are a transportation company” excuse me?? We called 3 companies prior to this and they did not provide drivers. Why would anyone just ASSUME that, it’s okay to ASK and she was Extremely rude. Even though I was very appalled by her response I still asked her how much it would cost to book the vehicle for the allotted time

Me and my team are pleased with the service. We asked for a vehicle that can carry all of our music equipment and we wanted usb ports and outlets to charge our devices. We at first thought that it would not happen but we were so surprised when the sprinter came. It had everything we needed and wanted. The only down side was that the driver took a wrong turn and we were a few minutes late for our meeting but at the end of the day it was a great service.

Amazing service. I booked luxury sedan and it was more than luxury. It looked like the president would use this car. It was a Mercedes Benz S-550. The driver was dressed in a very nice black and white suit, and was very professional. We booked it for a prom and the driver was also very cool with the teens

I booked this company for my sister's prom: April 29, 2016. This company is as good as it gets. The communication was excellent from beginning to end. It was imperative that the scheduling was strict because it was a surprise for my sister (she had no idea she was getting a S550 Mercedes Benz and being chauffeured to prom!)

I used this company on 05/02/14 for my sister's prom. The driver Emil was very pleasant and arrived a little early. The Mercedes-Benz S600 was sparkling clean and smelled nice. My sister and her date arrived safely to and from the prom. Once again a great experience with this company! Used them in 2013 for my brother's prom.

I used this service May 9, 2014, for my son's prom. All of there packages are very reasonable and affordable. Helen is who I spoke to she was very nice and pleasant and very knowledge with all packages inter-Continential Limo Service.
The driver arrived on time to the pick up address and the car (2014 Mercedes S550) was spotless! The driver Julian was very friendly and professional. I truly felt my son and his date was in good hands with Julian. My son enjoyed the ride and the conversations he had with the driver.

I recently had service from O'Hare to my hotel in downtown. First off, the driver was 7-8 minutes late, also they sent me the wrong vehicle I requested. I asked for an Escalade ESV, instead they sent me a Mercedes sedan. When I talked to the female who took my reservation, I specifically asked if I would be guaranteed the Escalade and she said yes. It even said on reservation the car I was getting sent to my email. While I was in the car I went to their website to see if the prices were different, they were the same.
