Services
A mortgage consultant will work closely with you to guide you through the entire loan process and serve as your point of contact for all questions and status updates. Once you loan is fully approved, the loan documents will be sent to the title company. Title will contact you to arrange for closing either at their office or with a traveling notary.
Conventional Fixed Rate loans are available with several different amortization choices. We offer 10 yr, 15 yr, 20 yr, 25 yr, and 30 yr amortizations to fit your individual needs. Conventional Adjustable Rate Loans are available with an initial fixed rate period and will then adjust annually at the end of the fixed rate period.
