Very professional and arrived right on time. I can’t remember the name of the driver who came out and realized my car battery was just loose which is why the car wouldn’t start - saving me a lot of money and time from having it towed to the car dealership, but he was excellent!! Highly recommend!

This company is awesome! From the sweet energetic receptionist Nicky who always answers all questions and helps out with a smile on her face you can hear through the phone to the two big wrecker drivers. I had my box truck towed by a gentleman named Rob who came out and did an excellent job, and my dump truck by Phil multiple times now. I will continue to recommend this company to all my fellow truck drivers! Never been more impressed with a towing company!

The office staff Nikki is incredibly sweet, polite, and professional. I have never dealt with a towing company who has a receptionist who actually sounds like they like their job. She was a big help and made everything more smooth. The driver she sent to me was so professional and had my car onto his flat bed truck in no time. This is a very family oriented company and they will continue to have my business for many years to come. Thanks again to Nikki and the driver James for everything. You guys rock!

Had Alan’s transport my classic restored Mustang to a local professional shop that had referred me for the transport service. They assigned a specific technician that had much experience in handling classic cars.
He did an outstanding job, his experience and touch in handling cars of this caliber was truly demonstrated.
Coordinated so well with the shop, getting my car in and returned to my garage. 5stars!

My husband and I were stranded at Greystone Village with a car with a flat tire. I approached the Alan’s Towing technician, thinking he had been sent by our insurance company’s roadside assistance program. He was just there on personal business, but he was so kind and offered to help us. I would highly recommend their services as a result. He was so professional and offered us several options, even offering to change the tire for us.

Allan's Towing was caught by my home security camera on Saturday, November 24th at 2:17PM trespassing on my property. Allan's Towing came onto my property without my permission to recover a US Postal carrier truck that got stuck trying to drive across my front yard.
I called the number on Allan's truck that my camera recorded to understand the situation and verify the name of a manager at 1:30AM, Sunday Nov. 25th once I arrived home from traveling over the holidays.

These people should never be allowed to drive ever. On 9/13/18 at around 10:30pm on I95 after Fayetteville North bound, there were 2 flat bed tow trucks speed the the far left lane above 15 to 20 mph over the speed limit. They were weaving in and out of traffic and high beaming slower vehicles in there way. They almost hit several vehicles trying to squeeze past them. I'm surprised they did not kill anyone. If this is how they drive, they must damage vehicle they tow. I'm surprised they are not out of business. They probably doing something illegal. The 2 vehicle with the Alan's

I always worry about my car being damaged during transport but with these guys I don't have to even think about it. Alan's has knowledgeable, friendly, helpful dispatchers. The trucks are clean and well maintained and the drivers are well experienced. They also have a repair shop that does excellent work. Their roadside and shop prices are very fair and affordable. I would most DEFINITELY recommend Alan's to anyone in need of roadside service or repairs!
