I took my dad for his eye check up. I called to ask how much it is going to be for self pay and they told me it would be 139 with tax. During the exam they ask if he is diabetic and then his assistant put dilation drops which was charged additional $49 which I was not informed.
Doctor was quick and told me a bunch of conditions and pushing to visit back in a week for additional tests. I did not even get a patient visit summary even when asked. Very disappointed at this visit.
Never going to recommend to anyone.

Before making my appointment, I called to make sure 1. they accepted my vision insurance, and 2. to see if there would be a co-pay and if so, how much it would be. I was told that since the annual eye exam was preventative, there would be no co-pay. So I went expecting no co-pay. Upon arrival, there was nobody at the reception desk. I waited a few minutes, then someone wearing a baseball cap backwards (the epitome of unprofessionalism) appeared to begin the check-in process. The exam itself was rushed and the doctor spent most of the time trying to "up-sell" other services (each service was ONLY

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean office all around. My son was a new patient and his eye exam only took about 15 mins (the doctor did move a little quick for him, though). We had 2 complete pairs of glasses that he loves. All of this only took 3 hours from the time we walked in until he had his new glasses! Definitely will be going back!

I was satisfied with my exam, the doctor was great! But I wish the front office person would be more friendly. She's the first person everyone encounters when patients arrive to their appointments and sets the mood for the visit. I work in the healthcare field and know good customer service keeps patients coming back.
