Addison Woods is well equipped to host private events held by corporations or businesses for their staff, clients or stakeholders. These events can be for large audiences such as conventions and conferences, or smaller events such as corporate retreats, holiday parties or even private concerts; we cater to all.
From large-scale charity fundraisers to acoustic concerts and cocktail parties, our Reception Hall, Veranda and Great Lawn will bring your event to life. Addison Woods can accommodate up to 270 guests seated, paired with adjacent veranda and lawn space for mingling under the stars, games, and catching up around the fire pit.
With its three-story vaulted ceilings, the modern farmhouse Reception Barn at Addison Woods is is fully shiplapped from floor to ceiling. The neutral decor is illuminated by five wrought iron chandeliers and swinging doors that overlook the lush venue grounds. At 6,000 square feet, the barn can fit up to 270 guests for dining and entertainment.

Loved this venue. Everyone was so helpful in getting what I needed. Having the grooms quarters and bridal suite on site is extremely convenient. It was wet that morning so we moved our outdoor ceremony to the chapel and it was extremely easy to communicate that. The chapel was gorgeous, the reception area is very spacious, the outside patio at night with the tree lit is so romantic. Our guests really enjoyed this venue and I got compliments on it all night.

I attended a wedding reception here. They were very professional and helpful, kind, and attentive. The dressing rooms for the men and women were fantastic. The outside area was spacious and very well taken care of. The building was beautiful, the bar area was accessible and very fun, and the venue was overall very nice. The bathrooms were clean and maintained throughout the night. The air conditioning was also incredible, they kept it cool throughout the entire evening even though it was very hot outside. I would recommend this venue for any event you are looking to host!

My best friend got married at this venue and it was so dreamy ~ beautiful, modern, chic farmhouse vibes. The staff, vendors and bar service were all fabulous. As her maid of honor I was able to witness first hand how attentive and helpful their staff members were to her and her husband on their special day. Their friends and family were treated like royalty - anything they needed it was theirs. I’m so lucky to have been apart of such a magical day. Thank you Addison Woods!

My junior class held prom here, because our school didn’t host one due to covid. This venue is GORGEOUS. The chandeliers in the main hall are perfect for any event. Even though we didn’t use them, the bridal parlor, other rooms, and chapel looked absolutely beautiful. Some of the best features of this venue are the patio and turf lawn. This was a big hit for my class since many students needed somewhere to take a break from the loud noise and dancing. The patio can be arranged to have tables set up and is equipped with a super cute hammock. The turf lawn has a tree with lights that looks like

Addison Woods was everything my husband and I had dreamed of and more for our wedding!!! I toured back in July when they were still under construction and I knew it was going to be perfect for us. I could tell the passion and vision that Kady and Cody had for the venue and I booked immediately. Kady was so helpful with all questions I had leading up to wedding day. First off, the bridal suite was a perfect amount of space for me and my 9 bridesmaids. We had one hair and two makeup artist in the vanity area and plenty of room to move around. Addison Woods is everything that you could want in a venue... and more! As a photographer, finding a venue that I love absolutely love EVERYTHING about isn't easy but this venue does is! Not only is it stunning as a venue, the location isn't in the middle of nowhere but feels perfectly secluded, and the team is amazing! Kady is SO easy to work with and truly cares about you and your people! Every space is so intentional and well designed. It is a dream to photograph and any event that I have attended/photographed there was flawless. I cannot recommend this place enough!
