I chose to work with Katy because she came across as very kind, professional, and responsive. She would drive all the way from the Woodlands to meet us in the Galleria area. Whenever I needed assistance, she was available. She also stated she did not work multiple weddings at the same time which was something that was very important to me. As time went on, I noticed her attention to detail was a bit off. The seating chart she created was not correct and we made notes to help her out. We offered to hire an assistant for her for our wedding because the more the merrier and I thought it could make
