Before services are rendered on your car we provide you with an estimate. In the Estimate Process, the vehicle is inspected and relevant data is entered into estimate computer systems. This data is compiled into an estimate that determines the cost of repairs. Estimates will not include any hidden damage that cannot be seen until disassembly.

On the balance, we had an overall negative experience here after our accident and I do not recommend them
Cons:
-They delivered the car 1 month later than they promised
-We had to chase updates
-Because the car idled for so long in their shop, we had to drive it 300 miles to reset the computer before it could get inspected
Pros:
-They did handle all insurance matters
-The body of the car did look great
-The service person was nice
-When our car missed inspection, they were going to provide an inspection free of charge - except the check engine light

Took our car in for repairs after we were involved in an accident. The service and the people there are fantastic. They go above and beyond! The work was meticulous and Lin was incredibly helpful with keeping us informed step by step with what was going on with our vehicle. She was also amazing in dealing with the other party’s insurance who was less than cooperative. We are VERY happy with the finished product and wouldn’t hesitate to go back there again!

My car had extensive damage from a rear end accident. This team was professional and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was perfect again. I checked in often on the process and Lin was always prompt and courteous in getting back to me. I picked up my vehicle today and it’s perfect. Like the day I bought it!!! Thank you so much to the entire team. The receptionist is also extremely kind always offering me a drink whenever I needed to stop in! Hope I don’t have to be back soon but if I do I’ll be back here! Recommend it to anyone. This process can be grueling so a positive experience

My car was involved in a three car accident. Greico Collision was recommended by my new friends at Greico Acura, in Seekonk, who repaired my car windshield when the dealer I purchased the car from failed on the repairs.
The folks at Greico Collison were outstanding. I asked them for a quote to do some extra work and initially thought it was a bit high, but when I saw the car! Mercy! What an awesome job. These guys detailed that car to a condition it wasn't in when I purchased it from the dealer. Kudos to you all. Outstanding once again! I'm bring my wife's car next to get the bumpers repainted

I was in an accident that was not my fault and I brought my car here. They spoke to the other parties insurance for me, and got my vehicle done in a timely manner. I was provided a rental and the man was very helpful who provides the rentals. It was a great experience and my car looks beautiful! The damage was to my front bumper and it looks brand new now. I will be back. Lin was great and very responsive and the woman at the front desk was very nice.

I recently got into an accident with a car I had just purchased. I did not have the best coverage at the time and I was solely at fault for the accident. After getting an estimate and having my insurance broker inspect the extent of the damage, the total was in excess of $8,000. My insurance deductible was maxed out, not cheap!
