Our goal is to contribute to the health and well-being of our patients and their families by providing compassionate care, delivered with integrity and sensitivity. The following values have guided Visionary Health Care Services' mission since 1979, and are a reflection of the vision and intent of our founders.
Our caregivers are not only warm, dedicated and compassionate, they are also knowledgeable and trained to recognize and report symptoms and conditions related to specific diseases and to approach each patient in a manner that meets those needs. Because of our trained knowledgeable staff, our plans of care are customized for the specific needs of each client, focusing on the particular health challenges each faces.
Our newest caregiver is a great guy and my father really likes him. My Father never opens up to anyone, but I have seen a huge change in his personality since Visionary's caregiver has been here. He is a great fit and we consider him a part of our family. From one of our residents, "I do so enjoy living here - better, since I'm feeling better."
At Visionary Home Care, we know how hard it is to entrust someone else with the health, safety and happiness of your senior parent, Alzheimer's or dementia patient, or disabled family member of any age. We arrange for private duty nursing services for aging loved ones, recovery care after surgery, hospice support, and assistance to all individuals who need compassionate skilled medical help at home. Several employees have tested positive for COVID-19. The owner has asked employees to return to work instead of quarantining as required. If she is receiving any financial benefits for FFCRA, she should be reported for not providing her employees with leave. Her actions will be reported to the health department.

I don't know where to start... Well if you care for your loved one or the person in need of care DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. I was a patient here for 2 days out of a week and the schedulers couldn't even get that done. Their employees steal from you and the owner Julie doesn't put the patient first. They will abandon you even on your scheduled day without any notice. There are so many risks and reasons why not to call this business. I can't stress enough how many different people they sent, stealing, no shows, having attitude and the office staff is very disrespectful once you've been there.

If I could rate this zero stars I would... My husband was a client of theirs, they don’t seem to care much about their clients. They always seem to be under staffed and not well trained. If you get services on a weekend and the caregiver doesn’t show up, good luck having the on call answer the phone. When they do answer, they just inform you that there is nothing they can do to help you which is unacceptable/unprofessional. I feel sorry for those who have no one else to pick up the slack for these so called caregivers, because the client is just left to fend for themselves for that day. The

I'm using the home help services it's a struggle with the care providers. I have to tell them what to do all the time on each shift .Yes it's the same personal I gets exhausting.Overall the Staff is kind and can only do what they have been trained to do .I vote more communication is needed and training.

Honestly, this company sucks ! I was hired in January and they let me go middle of February! They didn't even give me no formal warnings or nothing. I had to find out through the office calendar that they were going to let me go. The only good person there was Diane ... I really care about the clients and they let me go . It was such short notice that now just cause of them I'm suffering the reprocussions of their mistakes. Now I'm jobless cause of them ! I'm no longer going to be applying or working home care agencies! Cause all they did was burn me big time ! So don't

This company sucks!! All they care about is money. They do not care about their clients nor their employees. They fire all the good people because Julie the person running business feels threatened by them and does not like anyone to have a say. She is running her moms business into the ground!! The lie and cheat people for there money and take advantage. They also scare the staff of the state and make you lie to them. They even fire people who talk to the state!!! They need to be shut down for good!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!
