We've been coming here for over 15 years. Now that they have changed hands we can no longer get an appointment with our Primary Doctor. They tell us it's because of their new system. So we are now pushed to doctors we have never seen. When asked how do they know our background i told they can see our hard copy. I asked so do they look at it as they walk in or do they take the time like our Primary and go over our history. I'm so unhappy with this new company that took over.

Dr Cambier is an amazing doctor! Unfortunately, his office staff, specifically his medical assistants, have a lot of attitude and are very rude. I was told it was okay to accompany my wife during a recent visit due to her medical conditions and when I arrived they told me I could not, I think all because this assistant didn’t check with anyone. I still recommend them but strictly for how awesome Dr. Cambier is.

My wife had a severe pain in her elbow and we made emergency appointment Because the onset of the pain was for no particular reason and I'm wondering if there's something going on like an arthritis or a lupus or something that's very dangerous and Would like to find out as soon as possible what it is. When he started to examine her he was very rude and said that he could not complete the exam because she didn't do exactly what he wanted at that exact moment put down the clipboard and walked out said not one other word to my wife no 1 apologize for his behavior no 1 reschedule

If you want to see a doctor twice for the same issue, be told to go have imaging done, then told theres nothing wrong after confirming theres enough wrong to advise an ultrasound, then go here. Lots of wasted time and hard earned money. It is safe to say I will be going elsewhere for my medical needs.

Dr Adame is a great MD, very knowledgeable but at the same time, he listens to your take on things and your health choices/options.
His staff at the front can use more customer service skills: be more pleasant and not so robotic, look at their customers and just more overall personable.
The 4 stars is for Dr Adame... 3 for the front desk.

Doctor Cambier has always been an attentive, caring, compassionate physician. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and offers remedies. I have been coming to this office for about 30 years and have always been satisfied with the care that I've received. The staff is friendly and personable, the office clean and well maintained. I recommend Dr. Cambier and the staff at Salinas Family Practice.

I've been coming to this practice for a few years and never had any issues but recently switched to seeing Carrie Reader in this office. I cannot say enough great things about her. She really takes her time to listen to and address all of my issues and concerns. So happy to have found her and will definitely be staying with seeing her

The waiting time is almost always 30+ minutes even with an appointment. The women at front desk are rude and the parking sucks. But I've been coming to this doctor's office my whole life and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've had great experiences with all the MD's and PA's. They're very thorough and friendly, especially Mary James.

I have been going here for over 12 years as a patient. I am dumbfounded how rude most of the front desk women are! On the phone or in person. They have attitude when you ask a question or huff and puff because they had figure something out! Today I was put on hold 4-5 times and HUNG UP ON twice! This happens every. Single. Time. Went in as a new patient recently.Requested for Gabriel Alarcon to see me I was ask to fill a form to see if he will see me.Never done that before & he approve me went for a physical & a wk later I was discharge for having too many symptoms.When has it become a practice to discharge a patient for having to many symptoms.I was discharge for being too sick basically. If that's the case don't call yourself a doctor.this location requested all my medical records to be transfer & now that put me in a bind that the old dr. Now can't not see me either so because of this "

I have been coming to Salinas Valley practice now almost 10 years from the minute I stepped into the office I knew I was gonna like it they're very welcoming very professional and my appointment with Dr. Cambier got me out of pain right away . I had been seeing another doctor for my knee pain going on two years and did not know about Cortizone shots , The shots work and have helped me get away from surgery and out of a lot of pain for quite a few years. Dr Mark Adame is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. He really cares. He listens carefully, offers recommendations and referrals to the right specialists and comes up with a personalized plan. He is very empathetic, thoughtful and smart. We are so grateful and glad to have found him. His staff has been very helpful as well.

Dr. Hoffman has been my dr. for over 15 years, and I love him to pieces, but his office staff, NOT SO MUCH. I was "greeted" if you can call it that, by a young woman who didn't even bother to look up, but just said "APPOINTMENT" in a robotic monontone. Then she gave me the "options" of A) paying up front to see Dr. Hoffman (because my injury resulted from a car accident) or (B) not seeing anyone and rescheduling (after waiting 2 days to get in) , so i could go home and come back with a copy of my automobile policy to prove they would not cover the visit. I've been seeing the doctors at this office for years. Dr. Cambier and the PA's are great. I especially like how he is easy to talk to. Now, when it comes to the front office, they aren't exactly pleasant nor have they ever been. Besides one girl that wears glasses and checks people in (I can't recall her name) the rest are rude. They never smile, always talk about their personal issues out loud and make it seem as if they are forced to work there. If waiting in the room for the doctor, you can hear how they act completely different around the doctors. It's a shame, otherwise

I like Dr Cambier and his bedside manner but his office staff is terrible. I never get returned phone calls, I have to wait weeks for a prior authorization for my insurance that they were supposed to submit and never did. now I have to cancel my specialty appointment because of it. I will be switching Primary care doctors just so that I can deal with decent staff. I am in the healthcare field so this type of service is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Been going there for years, great doctors, good staff, billing issues are easily solved. Love the familiar faces of the people who have been there for decades. As an established patient, easy to get an appt the same day. Parking is rough, go early to find a spot. Lab work facility and xray facility located next door making it a one stop & a pharmacy as well if yoy don't have an already established pharmacy.
