This place is the worse place I have ever dealt with. My son had hi Volvo towed in May. End of June Mike told my son the transmission was fixed but still had some electrical problems. My son please fix it all. We called off and on all summer. He called 4 days straight and left a message with no return call. Finally they responded in September and Mike said it would be going back in on Oct 4. I then called a few weeks after the 4th to see what was going on. They never put it back in on the 4th and Mike said he no intentions of working on it!!!! The I have called multiple times and spoke with Jason

Autowerkes is one of the best car servicing shops I’ve attended. I’ve used their services for the past three years, and I’ve been impressed every single time. The customer service is top notch, probably the best that I’ve ever had. The service itself is always impeccable, and if there are any questions the folks are ready to answer them and also to fix any other issues that you may have. I recommend them to anyone who is lucky enough to have cars that can be serviced by them.

I brought a car in for them to evaluate for a private sale. They took 90 minutes and were extremely through. Afterwards, Jason went through everything they found, told me what was necessary, what could wait, and provided me with a detailed report, including an estimate of costs to repair. Highly recommended service for anyone looking to pay good money for a used car.

My first experience with Autowerkes was surely a positive one. I brought my 2003 TT in for an inspection and a few minor inconveniences like a noisy brake and an intermittent starting issue. The team at Autowerkes took care of all of my concerns and even found a few other things that they were able to fix before becoming larger problems down the road. The level of professionalism and service from from everyone there was top-notch.
