Palmer Spring Company is a family-owned and operated business with both the 5th and 6th generations working here on a regular basis. We were founded in 1849 when we began making springs for the Conestoga wagons that traveled west.

My son got his road test date this past week and I've been driving an antique (2000) Saturn for the past year. As a former mechanic I knew the car wouldn't pass an inspection so I put new brake pads and calipers on it and took the car to town Fair for tire for tires and alignment. When I picked up the car the guy at Town Fair the guy told me a tyrod end was stuck and couldn't be adjusted so I called palmer spring. The guy I talked to said they could get it in tomorrow but I dropped the car off right away.. no sooner did I get home and he called me to tell me what the car needed. (Ball joints, tyrod

My brother in law went to this company to purchase push plates for a plow for a Dodge pickup he told them what he had for a truck and plow they sold him the plates they said would fit but when he got home they were not the right ones so they were never put on the truck and literally didn't have a scratch on them. So he went back to bring them back and get the right ones. They stated that we have the ones you need but we will not take back the wrong ones you will have to purchase the ones that fit. I could see if he had tried to install them and they looked used and all scratched up but that was

I took a Toyota Tundra to these guys for a simple leaf spring repair and they ended up finding numerous other things that absolutely had to be done. One thing they didn't contact me about was a water pump that they took apart and then put back together without my permission period after paying them a total of $2,400 I left with a water pump that I have to put water in every day as well as the lack of an air conditioner belt and when asking to speak to a manager or the owner was laughed at. I never once gave these folks permission to touch the water pump as I knew it was fine. the worst part

Contrary to some of the reviews I read here, I found them to have great customer service. They were able to track down an obscure and discontinued part for my van which will get it back on the road. This is after both my local garage and dodge dealer both told me they could not help. these guys were able to pull through where everyone else could not.

First: Don doesn't exist there and never has. Second: I have never had a bad experience with Palmer Spring. Palmer Spring has been keeping my car alive and running since the day I purchased it. Now my car is about to reach 200,000 miles and it's still running great. The guys at Palmer Spring will go out of their way to make sure you get the best service around. Not to mention by going there I am supporting a local business! 10/10.
