Will never use their service again. Booked in may for a June birthday party. They charged my card twice for the deposit and when I informed Richard of this me made it seem like he was understanding and would issue a refund. The day of the party we get on the bus and the driver tried to have me sign papers saying I owed way more than we agreed on and I was also never refunded. I tried to call the owner several times and be never answered the phone for me but would answer for his driver so when I informed him I wasn't paying the extra 210 thay was still on the bill when they charged me twice

Worst service ever!! We rented the bus for my sister's bachelorette festivities. The bus that they brought over was big and could fit everyone inside. The bus has some mechanical issues. Why wasn't this checked prior?? Another bus was brought over and it was smaller. Everyone could not fit. We got loaded on the bus to hear that is was having tire issues. Really??? They did not have another bus, so we all had to drive to the different places. I would never use their unreliable service ever again.
