We had spoken with Mr Dalton about possibly selling our home in the neighborhoods of Holly Ridge a few years ago. We decided to hold on to it a bit longer, but when the time came to sell, Mr Dalton was our first choice. We were selling the home after renting it out for a few years and now living in Germany. Mr Dalton and his team made the sale seamless. We had two offers above asking within 24 hours. Communication was great, no problems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I attempted to go with a sale by owner; however, not too long after posting on a few sights (Zillow and Trulia among some online sites), I was visited by a realtor who assisted homeowners with short sales. The realtor worked closely with Wilde Law Firm who specialized in short sale cases (which is highly recommended because there are quite a few legalities involved that can often leave a seller at risk if the sale is not handled correctly). We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Joseph. We are first-time homebuyers with limited knowledge about home buying.
