Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (EST) and phones are answered 24 hours a day. We are closed on all major holidays; however, if the office is closed, an answering service will take the call.

I was infested with roaches for over 2 months. When I left I broke the lease and lost not only 1 month security deposit and 2 months rent they had the audacity to send me a bill for carpet cleaning when I was told the carpet was being replaced from maintenance This place is a slum and formed my total opinion about Tennessee

We lived here for two years. I had more than one maintenance person attempt to enter my home with their keys while I was there without knocking. I was in the shower one afternoon while my baby was napping, and I came out to find that someone had been in my apartment doing work the entire time! After moving out we were told they were keeping our deposit and wanted almost $400 more for cleaning! I am a neat freak. I even followed their checkout cleaning list to a T! I kept a clean home, but because we had moved out of state I had no proof to argue with them. It was awful. Do not live here.

The first house we rented was a 3 br house for 850 a month.. that wasnt ready to live in but we was desperate and took it. It was nasty and had to literally clean everything..had a water leak and amny other repairs that never got repaired or was repaired only after we moved out. I have 2 young sons and we had noticed about 2 or 3 months after we moved in..we was all sick and just felt sick to our stomachs headaches..runny noses etc.. So after we went 6 months living like that we started looking and trying to make repairs ouself. We look under the house and there water leaks and all the water pipes

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is, by far, the absolute worst I have ever had the misfortune of living in. The apartments are disgusting and not maintained, the bug guys they hire to come spray on a monthly basis will come in and lay a note down saying that they'd sprayed, without actually spraying anything, but the worst of it is the management.
The apartment manager is extremely petty about any and everything, and seems to believe that because she manages a garbage apartment complex, that she's entitled to trampling all over your rights.

THEY HAVE BLACK MOLD IN THEIR APARTMENTS!
The only reason this place still even has tenants is because of the receptionist. Every other person here is a creep, or they just flat out have no morals. I lived in these properties for over a year and maintenance only came in while I was home a total of TWO times, the rest of the time they would come in and track dirt and mud all over our floors and never left any indication that they had actually been in our home except for once or twice. $575 dollars a month for a mold filled, damp basement is beyond ridiculous, and we weren't even allowed to have

Living here now these people are crooks. They turned the water off without notice toilet stopped up. They said we broke it, putting bills in door running away like children. Then asked them Change light bulb for me said no problem lies had bulb sitting out, they added $4.00 for 2 bulbs. Didn't ask where my bulbs were. And they were just coming in anytime til I told them my handicapped husband can't see her shoots unexpected visitors then asks questions later. Now they remember a door bell is to announce they need to get in. They give anyone keys to get in exterminator was in our husband in shower

Do not move into any of there properties. They moved us into an apartment that smelled like an ashtray. They come in when you not home and do whatever they want. When you move out they make up stuff to charge you and keep your deposit. Complete nightmare. They are crooks! Live else where! Trust me and others.

If you have the opportunity to rent here...DONT! they have lost a rent payment. I went all summer having to get my ac worked on WEEKLY. My downstairs bathroom floor is falling in yet they continue to say there is no leak. & they havent fixed the floor. They dont keep good records about contact. Sent me a letter about my cats that i had for 2 years but i had only had t just got the cats a few months before.
