Our mission is to provide our clients with a service that increases the value of their neighborhoods, creating and maintaining places where people desire to live. In addition, we strive to increase the sense of community within each neighborhood in hope that it will go beyond its boundaries and into the community at large.
Maintenance of accurate and thorough supporting records - including detailed lists of payments from tenants, invoices from vendors, etc. Our bookkeeping and record keeping used to be very disorganized before we hired FPM. They set up on an effective and accurate budget for our HOA, so we know where every dollar comes from and where every dollar is spent.
Associations are the entities designed to promote the welfare of the residents within a neighborhood and to provide them with the means to maintain and improve the development in which they live. Homeowners (or property owners or condominiums owners, etc.) all sign a covenant saying they accept their responsibilities as a member of the development's Association and will participate accordingly.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Fennell Property Management does a very professional job in our Hoa community. Although we have 2 or 3 homeowners that refuse to obey by the covenant & bylaws. Hank always manages to correct the issue in a timely manner. Hank has the most professional staff & crew. Thank you folks for all the hard work.

Fennell Property Management has managed our neighborhood for two years now and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the team! Hank has been the main point of contact for all of our concerns/items that needed to be fixed and he’s been very prompt and responsive to our needs. As always, managing an HOA company is going to get complaints. The team always is fair in their actions and I couldn’t be happier with them! 10/10 would recommend for other neighborhoods!

I am renting at Maple
Chase condos. My neighbor has caused so many problems; noise, police activity, possible drug use and sales, littering, etc. My landlord and myself have tried to resolve this matter with no help from the management company or the board. Thanks Greg!! This is unacceptable and disgusting that they will allow these things to go on. I am a teacher and respected in the community, but am unable to live in peace. I am not the only one who has complained about these neighbors and the other person was told to "have a pizza party and get to know the neighbors." What a joke, none of

I am pleased to hear that other communities also find Hank unpleasant and unprofessional. Hank manages my community's HOA, and all rules and regulations are selectively enforced. He is threatening to forcefully remove my newly constructed fence, although it is uniform to the neighbor's. He allows another member of the community to park in reserved parking, however, I have received letterings threatening the towing of my vehicle. This company is as absolute joke. Hank is totally unprofessional, unresponsive and honestly immature. He responds to homeowners as “dude” and “bro” We have been complaining about issues with our lawn, landscaping and sprinkler system (which hasn’t worked in two months) for months now. As president of the Sterchi Hills HOA we work with Clark and Hank on a daily basis, they have demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism in working issues with our homeowners,contractors, and the board.
