Scam alert. I have been charged $737 augering and excavation with camera. No parts were replaced. I called them just to go over the bill, but they are not calling back. So be aware.

I rented from them for 3 years...if I ever had an issue management was easily available and quickly resolved any issue...well maintained and maintenance property.Easy application process also,the whole team of apex were very nice friendly but professional as well.I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend

I wish I knew if they were good landlords or not cant say, had a appointment to veiw a apartment and the agent didn't even show up! when I called he said he "must have forgot" and wanted to reschedule I already drove 30 minutes one way to look at it,he was rude and unprofessional.

If you’re looking for a property management company, look no further than Apex. Curtis has been super responsive and so easy to talk to since day one. I initially hired a nightmare of a realty company that wouldn’t communicate, left my property vacant for too long, and didn’t seem to care. Once Curtis took over everything changed, he’s so pleasant to talk to and stays on top of everything. He’s a really nice person who cares about his clients and what he does, I’m so happy with my decision to switch to Apex Management. I live out of state with a big time difference (6 hours behind)

Neighbors were loud, screaming, cussing, junkies. Management didnt care about the complaints we give. Parking is awful. Multiple wears and tears without repairs. Also roaches were super bad. No correct action was taken.

I've had a great experience renting from Apex. The ladies in the office are always helpful and willing to help if I need anything. I've never had a problem with roaches, but once after telling them I seen a few wolf spiders (which is common), they sent someone out to spray the very next day and I was thankful for that.

As a rental property owner, I highly recommend Apex Property Management. I went through numerous managers until I found Apex about 5 years ago. They keep the apartments occupied, the rent collected, the grounds clean, the expenses down, and things fixed; people causing problems get moved elsewhere so our tenants may enjoy clean and peaceful living, and so I enjoy peace of mind.
