This is the best hotel in Pendleton. The pet room are clean and they smell clean. Every single one of the staff are amazing. The house keeping staff go above and beyond to keep you comfortable. The breakfast server is a crack up, who brightens your morning. And the desk clerks always greet with a smile and accommodate your needs. I highly recommend.

We came in late, exhausted, with no reservation. They accommodated 2 adults, 2 small dogs, one toddler, and 1 baby no problem. In the morning we discovered that a bus full of college athletes were staying, also. We never heard any ruckus and the continental breakfast never ran out. Speaking of breakfast, the biscuits and gravy were excellent! All the food was delicious. The staff were all friendly, efficient, and competent. Thank you OSP!

Incredible hotel. What really ties it together? The chef. He's incredible! I've never had such amazing southern breakfast, even down in Texas where I'm from. The care and love he puts into the food really shines through, in addition to his excellent cooking skills are his wonderful and radiant personality. Bravo!

We have stayed here twice, once in 2019, and again in 2021. Sadly, it seems 2020 did a number on it. The coffee bar in the room was poor quality, no creamer and no travel cups, so sadly we couldnât grab coffee on the way out the door. No pet gift this time. The breakfast âbuffetâ was manned by two nice people, but all they had to offer was eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Or a burrito. With eggs, potatoes, and sausage. No cereal. No pastries. No waffles. No pancakes. No fruit?! No options, really. We are not health freaks by any means, but we really didnât feel good about paying premium prices

First time staying at Oxford Suites and was pleasantly surprised. Walking through the door the lobby was impressive the front desk clerk was friendly and professional. The room and all the surrounding areas in the hotel was clean and impeccable. The breakfast and evening appetizers with 2 free drinks was superb. Would recommend this hotel.

Pros: friendly staff, very accommodating. Affordable. Pet friendly. Family friendly. Indoor pool. Free hot breakfast.
Con: first room smelled very strong of smoke and deodorizer. We changed rooms and the next one also very strong of wet dog and pet urine. My sonâs blanket had holes all over it and smelled too. Very dissatisfied with our experience and wonât return to this Hotel chain.
