As always they were amazing! We went here by a friend's recommendation for our wedding night. Now we are going back every year. I love the helpfulness of the staff and how I never feel like I bothering them

I got married at Cameo Heights in October and it has taken this long for me to process all my thoughts and feelings to be able to write this review. Let me say first off that Alan and Deanne are more than kind and welcoming and the property is absolutely stunning. My issue is not with the owners or the property. Our "wedding planner" Lawanda was beyond horrible and she ruined our wedding. I feel absolutely robbed that I spent almost 10,000 on my dream wedding there. The way it turned out I wish we would have just gone to the courthouse, I'm sure it would have been more organized

Off the highway, in the dark feels like you are headed nowhere, then you see the Mansion. At Christmas time beautiful lights and a nativity, decorated beautiful inside. Recommend the 7 course. The menu on line may not match what they have. Extensive wine list, beer, fancy non-alcoholic varieties and sodas. The food did not disappoint. Portions appropriate for multiple course meal. I had king salmon, so good! Perfectly cooked fresh dill and the capers made the dish. Smoked provolone meat and cheese with crispy pork belly was also excellent and caramel pot de creme was sinfully divine, we all discussed

This trip was my Christmas gift to my wife.
We absolutely enjoyed the off season snow covered experience. With an upcoming surgery and Covid concerns the staff treated us like family. My wife loved her gift !

My wife and I stayed at Cameo Heights last weekend for 3 days and were absolutely impressed by the facility, the staff, the rooms and the "vine restaurant". The first night we stayed in the English Tudor and the next 2 nights in the French room. The entire place is very well kept with amazing attention to detail and the grounds were maintained beautifully. Cameo Heights is a perfect getaway for a romantic couples weekend. The staff was very respectful relative to Covid guidelines and I was surprised to see a review criticizing the staff for not wearing their masks all the way up to

We have been planning to go to Cameo Heights for several years but finally decided to make reservations when we invited some friends to attend with us. We stayed two nights. On the first night we had their seven course dinner which was really amazing. This bed-and-breakfast is located in the middle of Apple orchards but those orchards are surrounded by high Desert with hills and mountains as far as you can see. In the valley below is a herd of cattle you pleasantly hear in the evenings before dark. After dark, occasionally we heard coyotes howling in the distance. Otherwise, it was extremely quiet

We stayed in the French Suite. Everything was immaculate and perfect! The staff were amazing and the property had everything you could want. We had an excellent experience. We also ate dinner in the Vine and again, the experience was top notch! (see separate review). We would recommend Cameo Heights Mansion highly without question!

Wonderful couples anniversary trip!! All amenities were wonderful, but we especially enjoyed the food at the On-site Vine restaurant and our morning breakfasts. We also enjoyed sitting around the pool relaxing, the game room, and watching movies in our beautiful room. Thank you so much!! Alan and Deanne had a number of lively touches sprinkled in daily!!

This place was amazing. Driving there, I wasn't sure what to expect, but you get there, and it's like bam! Surrounded by orchards, this mansion was beautiful. I love the touches to help you be engaged with your partner. We had the champagne and strawberries in our room upon arrival, which made for a special touch. The Vine was absolutely smashing too!! Being able to watch the chef from our table, was a cool touch. No detail went unnoticed!

When we travel to Walla Walla, we spend one night at Marcus Whitman (Tower, not conference center) and one night at Cameo Heights Mansion. Marcus Whitman is excellent, but very few places can light a candle to Cameo Heights Mansion. The rooms and views are breathtaking. This is true luxury. While my wife and I are not fancy-food people, the 7-course meal is over the top. They have items on the menu I would not otherwise order, and they are amazing. The steak and sauce we had was one of the best steak dinners ever. The breakfast is also over the top. The best word to describe Cameo Heights

The chef was amazing. The food was excellent. I did think that the bearnaise sauce was a little too salty and I love salt. The lamb was fantastic and the cooked to perfection. My daughter is vegan and was very happy with every dish and the explanation of each dish from the chef. We all felt like we had very special treatment from the chef. The service was quite poor relative to the food. When I called to make reservations I made sure they would be able to accommodate my vegan daughter and was assured they could however when we asked which were the vegan dishes the server told us that there were

First let me say what a haven the Mansion is. My husband and I have been here many times and NEVER been disappointed! We have stayed in the Greek, the Italian, the German, the English(favorite tub) and the Spanish (favorite room). The sheets are luxurious, the beds comfortable and the decor is gorgeous. The attention to detail that the owners and staff convey is impeccable. They want to make your stay so special. Everything that you need for a romantic getaway is here. The Vine restaurant has amazing food and wine. Spent the day wine tasting? Bring our own wine! Breakfast is a work of art and the

To briefly describe my experience: Mediocre food and location. Overpriced for the experience you get.
Reading other reviews and the owner's response, what caught my attention is the vindictiveness and dismissive tone when responding to criticism. I am certain that no one gets excited from getting bad reviews. But it must be taken as an opportunity to improve the service. Completely dismissing customers' feedback and labeling it as fake or conspiracy to defame (which is visible in owner's responses to negative reviews) sounds like a perfect recipe to make a business decline.

In a word, lovely. My wife and I spent 3 wonderful nights here this past week on a wine tasting trip. Alan and Deanne are delightful owners and operators. They go out of their way to accommodate you. Example: I asked Alan one morning if he had a bottle of Windex and a paper towel so I could clean my windshield. He came out with a bucket of suds, a rag and a towel, then washed and dried the windshield for us. What service. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. I slept very well. We used the theater in the basement to enjoy a couple of movies from their library. Wonderful! Great sound system

I spent 2 nights in the French suite with my friend for a girl's trip. Overall, my experience was really nice. It began by getting massages which were wonderful and relaxing. There were a variety of oils to choose from which was a nice bonus. Unfortunately, we arrived right when our massages were scheduled, so we didn't get a check-in tour. Later when we tried to make s'mores we couldn't figure out how to light the fire pit or how to turn on the jets in the hot tub. After, we went to the room, and it had a rose, water, and some snacks. The bathroom had a small gift box with

I have been planning a stay at Walla Walla for the longest time. I wanted a magical time, mostly to chill at the hotel with hubby and to do some wine tastings. The top contenders for the hotel ended up being the Eritage, Abeja inn and Cameo heights. Cameo heights is about 30 minutes out of Walla Walla and I decided to give a secluded private getaway a chance and booked Cameo heights.

Let me start off by saying that Cameo heights is not a hotel, it is a big house, there is no official check-in spot, just a table at the front door.
There are different types of rooms in the mansion, named after

Upon arrival, we were met with nothing but kindness. She offered some cider and showed us around all the common areas of the mansion and ended up with our room. We stayed in the Italian Suite and first impressions of our room, was amazing! We didn't have much time for checking the place out because our massages were scheduled for 3:30, which in hindsight might have been better scheduled for at least 4:00 because the entire check in process felt extremely rushed. Our 60 minute massages weren't as relaxing as we would have liked, not because of the actual massage, but because the spa room

With its beautiful landscape and architecture, Cameo Heights is the ideal place to stay for a romantic getaway. We stayed here while visiting Walla Walla and loved our experience so much that we extended our stay another night.

We were welcomed by a staff member and offered champagne or cider, both of which were excellent. Once she checked us in, she helped us carry our luggage to our room and gave us a brief tour. The rooms are themed and decorated such that they each offer an experience of a different country. We had the pleasure of staying in both the Italian and English suites (2 nights and

We just had the great pleasure of staying at Cameo Heights Mansion for two nights to celebrate our 20th anniversary. This trip was solidly in the top of our price range but I still simply cannot recommend this jewel enough. Our only regret is that it took us so long to find it!

Every detail of our stay, from a glass of champagne or sparkling cider while completing check-in, to the hand-written message from the owner on our check-out paperwork, was thoughtfully orchestrated to ensure we knew we were in the best possible hands. Our rooms were clean and sumptuous. Romantic touches and comfort upgrades
