The Pendleton House Historic Inn is truly one of the friendliest and most elegant retreats in Eastern Oregon. In addition to the splendor of our house, we have established a stellar reputation for the services we provide. Pendleton House Historic Inn was built in 1917 with an Italian Renaissance style.
Our splendid 6,000+ square foot home has all the guest rooms on the second floor. In fact, this elegant home remains in the same pristine condition today as it did when it was built almost 100 years ago. A four passenger Otis Elevator services all floors in the Pendleton House, so enjoy the beautiful hardwood staircase and railing, but feel free to use the elevator if stairs aren't for you.

The Pendleton House is a true gem. From the curbside view to the stunning dining room, the Pendleton House is a home full of history, charm, and architectural brilliance. The grandeur of the home is only outdone by the incredible hospitality provided by the hosts. Each visit has been bed and breakfast experience where I have truly have felt like I was home.
This was our second time staying at the Pendleton House and it was just as special as the first time. The home is in new hands this time around, but it was as if nothing changed. The new hosts are doing an incredible job. The Pendleton house

How can I explain or put into the words of the experience I had with this beautiful home. Absolutely exquisite in every way possible.
From the home itself, to its owners (Kevin and Tracy) it was a 10/10 experience.
Not only was the home beautiful, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was even better. The Architecture and the Classic Victorian Styling is something you won’t see, and the home and a lot of the parts of the home are all original still, even being built in 1910. So beautiful. The breakfast was made perfectly by Sandy!

Beautiful, historic home in highly maintained / preserved condition. Beautiful flowers and garden area. Ideal for ceremonies. Rooms are period decorated. The owner is highly involved and adds to the ambiance of the home. Breakfast presentation and quality is excellent. Location is great overlooking downtown with convenient parking on well lit street in front of home. Located in historically founded cowboy country this wonderful home offers easy access to many attractions and eating establishments. My wife and I highly recommend this home to enhance your travel experience.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. SO happy we found this bed and breakfast. The rooms are uniquely decorated. I stayed in the whiskey suite which had a huge living room, enormous soaking tub, and cozy bedroom. The breakfast was AMAZING. Tracy makes everything fresh and by hand - from the delicious pastries to the frittata - with veggies that they grow themselves. Great coffee and most importantly great owners! Tracy and his partner made this visit incredible and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Lovely spot :)

Impeccably clean; exquisitely decorated; incredibly delicious breakfast; gracious hosts. We love traveling and often chose B&Bs and this has been one of our favorites. The hosts were fun, helpful and engaging but also not overly involved. One of the owners cooked this incredible and beautifully presented breakfast and made great gluten free adaptations. The decor perfectly matches the turn of the century home. Every thing you need is within walking distance. Covid safe too

Victorian opulence and dignified ostentation team up with a Western Americana cattle town for exactly what you require: Whether it's a quiet getaway weekend, or an exploration of the local venues, events and sights of Pendleton, you will want to begin and end every day at Pendleton House. Every room is impeccably and tastefully decorated with antique furnishings, trappings and period pieces.

My boyfriend and I had such a restful stay here while on a work trip. This place is a historic gem!!! I couldn't get over the details that were so perfectly placed throughout the house. I love how much original history has been preserved, makes my heart so happy! I couldn't stop smiling as I kept noticing the little touches; the curtains, the floors, the art, the bathrooms, the trim. Also, the breakfast is a must. Tracy made the best breakfast I've ever had in my 34 years, and coming dowstairs in the morning to a fire going in the fireplace...just incredible. I want to live there, preferably with

Tracy and Kevin were wonderful hosts. The Inn is walking distance from the downtown, riverwalk and main attractions. The historic 1917 home has been wonderfully restored and converted into a top notch bed and breakfast. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated in period furnishings. The tasty breakfast and lively conversation with our hosts made our trip feel like we were at home. We give it an A+ and look forward to another stay. :)
