I am not a customer. But I might has well have been. Nothing like being accosted with noise right at daybreak. *Unbelievably* disrespectful to your fellow Tucsonans. Shame on this company. I don't know when is the best time to cut a tree down, but I do know it's not 5:20 am.

Just because you can do something, doesn’t mean you should. Was rudely awoken to an absolutely thunderous sound right at the very hint of daybreak. Chainsaws ans tree chippers right next door. The city says a construction company can begin at sunrise. These guys started at 5:30am. Yes, the sky was beginning to lighten. But sunrise didn’t happen until 5:49 today. Utterly inconsiderate company. My neighbors went to complain and they were ignored and shooed away. An embarrassment to Tucson. Get some humanity please!

Chainsaws at 5am is not a pleasant way to wake up. My next door neighbors were having their tree trimmed less than 30 feet from my bedroom window. I understand the workers want to beat the heat so I was tolerant. I got a cup of coffee and went to my porch see the work. after a couple of minutes I heard one of the workers yell from the top of the tree "To hell with the neighbors" to which I replied "we're trying to sleep" that caused a confrontation with the workers. After accepting the bid we were scheduled 2 weeks out with an appointment time. The night before, I was contacted to confirm the appointment, but the time was moved up by 4 hours. We made room in our schedule, and were then unavailable at the new time. We met them upon arrival, but were not around when the job was finished to give approval. They did a second rate job, left several branches that very obviously should have been cut off, and didnt cut off one very large branch that we specifically asked to be cut off. We called to get them to come back and fix the problems, but were never able to

I had scheduled the pruning of several trees and the removal of a dying tree prior to the beginning of the monsoon winds. When Finest Tree Service arrived at the appointed time two days after the worst of those winds, there was much, much more for them to take care of, including a 20 foot section of the neighbor's eucalyptus tree lying in my back yard.. The crew worked with the precision of a fire department: everyone knew what to do and did it. The trees look great, even the wind damaged ones, and the yard is spotless. One month and one wind storm later, the benefits of work FTS did was very obvious. There were no fallen dead limbs in our yard after the storm, and no ominous creaking sounds during the storm. What a worth-while investment their work was!

This is the third year I have had Finest Tree come out and trim my mesquite trees. They responded quickly to my request and contacted me within 24 hours for estimate. The crew as always was on time and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I love my trees and will use this company again and again.

My main issue is that I was not happy with the customer service from the admin assistant. She was dishonest in telling her boss she never spoke to me when I specifically called her, she said she would send me the estimate the same day, and I never heard from her. But that was fine but when her boss calls me (the owner) three days later and explains to me that his assistant never spoke to me or never heard from me (she is also on the same phone call - speaker phone), I respond that I did call and she then says "no I did not speak with you".....something was not right especially when

Professional, knowledgeable, on time, thorough and extremely focused on the job! Bryan and his crew cut away large limbs, thinned out top branches, and created ground to tree clearance on our large overgrown mesquite tree. It went from a heavy, messy, misshapen eyesore to a gorgeous front yard asset! Their clean-up job afterwards was impeccable. Highly recommend this company!!!

I have used Finest Tree service twice so far to keep two large trees in my front yard trimmed. Recently, I contacted them to trim a fairly large palo verde tree in my yard. They provided an emailed quote within an hour of the call and we agreed on a service date.
By the day of the service, the tree had dropped leaves all over my yard and I did not have a chance to clean them up before their visit. When I came back from work, the tree was perfectly trimmed up and the yard was spotless. I was very happy to see that Finest Tree Services was able and willing to clean up more than just any messes

I had THE PLEASURE of hiring this service. They removed two trees by my newer pool; were so careful to protect the pool decking. Fantastic clean work, removal, and clean-up. Finest Tree Service removed a very large mesquite tree in an awkward spot very close to our home. They removed the tree and ground down the stump while taking care to avoid any damage to structures nearby. They were very professional, arriving on time, and cleaning up.
They were able to stack some wood to be donated to a youth camp. There pricing is competitive. I would strongly recommend Bryan and his crew for any of your tree trimming needs. I will definitely use them again.

The name says it all! Bryan was friendly and professional on the phone and came by that same day to give me an estimate. The price was very reasonable. Finest Trees did a wonderful job trimming my two palm trees and one Chilean mesquite (with massive thorns). Bryan and his crew arrived on time, trimmed the trees to increase the time before more maintenance was needed, and left my yard looking better than when they arrived. He even cut down a dead tree stump that I've been neglecting. I highly recommend Finest Trees Service.
