Great experience w/ Trees "R" Us. Appreciated the emailed quote and the easy payment online. Came to look at my palm trees and gave me all the options and was scheduled quickly. Did an amazing job on extra tall skinny palm trees and the removal you would never now there was a tree there. Highly recommend this company.

I scheduled three weeks out for a job with Trees R Us. The morning of the job at 5 am the scheduler texted to inform me that the crew leader ended up in the hospital and that the job would have to be rescheduled for the next day, first thing in the morning. I said fine and waited until the next morning. When 7 am the next day rolled around, I called the scheduler and asked where the crew was. She said she'd have to call the crew to see where they are. I then was told the crew was two minutes away. Then, I received a call from the crew leader who said the crew was at the wrong address. I provided

We were very pleased with our tree trimming service. The staff was professional, thorough and performed the service very quickly! Great value for the price! Will definitely have them back in a few years when the trees need to be trimmed again.

We used Trees R Us upon recommendation of our neighbors and watching them professionally trim the very thick and overgrown Mesquite trees, bushes, and oleander next door. A team of three trimmed and culled out dead Mesquite branches and a lot of mistletoe from our two mature trees in back and also removed a long dead “skirt” at the top of our 30’ upright palm all which was making our back yard very messy and hard to keep up with. I was very pleased with the great job done by Trees-r-us today trimming and treating an Aleppo pine in our backyard. This tree had a lot of dead branches and had been neglected for years. They trimmed overhanging branches above my neighbors yard which she was very happy about and plans to use them in the future for her trees! The tree looks much better and I think it will be much healthier as a result. The crew was very polite and hard working and were there at 6:30 am and worked diligently. We hired Trees R Us to trim and remove a few Mesquite tress on our property. I assumed it would take a half day to complete the work but the crew came in and had everything done in less than 2 hours. They also did us a huge favor and removed a large pile of dead cactus that was in the yard. The crew was amazing! They worked fast, they were professional and the yard looks great! The price was also unbeatable. I will use them again for any tree service and highly recommend them.

We used them before when it's was Anthony's tree service and they did a great job in the past, but they changed names and obviously they are no longer a great tree service. I had the girl come by and give me an estimate, we had an appointment set up three weeks out. Well today is the day......and they didn't show up. I'm really pissed off right now. We've called 4 times between 8 AM and 10am and they are not picking up their phone. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother wasting your time on calling them.

Trees R Us is the best tree service we've EVER used! We moved to Tucson over three years ago and didn't have a clue who to use for our 3 trees. We tried two other services and were so disappointed..then we got Trees R Us and for the last two years they pruned our trees and cut mistletoe out of our mesquite tree. We got compliments from our neighbors too! They made our front and back yard beautiful. They cleaned up ALL of the debris too. HIRE THEM! You WILL NOT BE SORRY! Oh and they're reasonable.. worth every penny

Don't go with them if you want the job done and done right. This company said they would guarantee their work however, when I made several attempts to have them come remove the tree that began growing back, they started screening my calls and setting up dates to come back but never did. Very unprofessional especially since my father is a retired veteran and lives on a limited budget. They essentially took his money and ran. Shame on you Toni tree trimming company aka Trees R us.

Trees R Us came out to remove 2 55' palm trees and they did an amazing job! Crew showed up on time, we're super nice, efficient and cleaned up the whole job site and even skimmed the pool for some debris. Would definitely recommend!
