Every OTHER medical professional/team I have EVER encountered provides a heads up when changes to your insurance coverage might affect your bill. Not these guys. Front desk said, "We TRY to notify MOST patients. But it's really the patient's responsibility to know what is and isn't covered." Direct quote. Thanks for educating me and thanks for your courtesy.

Dr. Bradford Smith was recommended to me by a coworker since I didn't have a dentist in Columbia yet. I've lived here seven years and have traveled home, about 4 hours away, every time I needed to visit the dentist. Now, I wish I would have come here sooner. Even though I was a first time patient, they got me into the office right away. Jessica and Dr. Smith helped me through a tough week in figuring out what was causing me so much pain. They were both very comforting and made me feel that they really cared. I would recommend them to anyone.
