This restaurant customer service is absolutely ridiculous. We ordered food for myself and coworkers while we are at work during a busy day, and they forgot three items. When I called to get our missing food delivered (as we should), they kept saying “it’s not our fault, we will need to charge you” and continuously kept arguing with me for 20 minutes. And we STILL didn’t get our food we paid for! She kept saying to “double check our bag” and argued. I will NEVER order from here again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Have loved New Dynasty for years. But, last week I ordered Veggie spring rolls, they sent meat...ordered vegetable fried rice, they sent pork...ordered szechwaun beef, they sent pork...they did replace the rice, hence the 2 stars, but told me the szechwaun was beef...I've never seen white meet beef before. My coworkers and I ordered delivery and two of our three orders were incorrect. We got one order that looked like vomit, and another order that was just incorrect and nobody ordered it. The only plus was that the spring roll and crab rangoons were good. We don't think we will order from here anymore.

We have ordered from this restaurant 3 times. The first time it was great.
The second time the food was ice cold when we got it. I called and got some bs answer about they have no way to keep the food warm either in the restaurant or when is out for delivery.
Today we specifically ordered during their lunch tim expecting lunch sizes and prices....we got dinner prices..nit sure if the size is the same
I called and was told it is up to us to state lunch or dinner.
There will
not be another time.

I have ordered (delivery every time) about 10 times now from the restaurant and honestly it has been good every time. The deliveries are in reasonable time, polite drivers, and my food has always been hot. People are correct about the crab rangoons having a lot of air in them, but I like that because then they aren't too crunchy on the edges.
