I very recently rented an apartment with Everly of Wakefield ,14 Audubon Rd. The leasing office folks were extremely helpful through-out the process. They provide everything I needed (movers, phone numbers to transfer service etc..) to get the move completed. I had a few questions via email and they answered via email almost immediately.
The apartment itself was immaculate, it looked brand new.

I Moved from nyc to Massachusetts about 9months ago. I moved into everly for a short term rental until I found a place that fit my needs. I instantly felt welcomed and safe by staff and after a short while realized that Everly was the place for me. I moved into the permanent apartment a few months ago and the entire team has been nothing but amazing! Cassandra, Zach, Hira and Sid are always so kind and always willing to help no matter what. I have lived here for about six years now and have nothing but positive things to say. The property and management team (Cassandra, Hira Zach, and Sid) have gone above and beyond issuing that this location be safe, clean, and very dog friendly. They all are professional, meticulous, and efficient when I’ve had any issues arise. Would highly recommend this property.

Looking for apartments can be stressful. I was ecstatic to have my stress relieved when I contacted Hira about Everly Apartments. She was EXTREMELY helpful and I can’t stress that enough. These apartments are beautiful, inside and out. From the game room, to the gym, to your actual apartment; it’s all gorgeous. The spring is here and the summer is coming up; I was glad to know that there is a nice pool here to cool off in. I love the location and the scenery, and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. I have recommended these apartments to many of my colleagues, and I would highly recommend

I toured the Everly Apartments and I absolutely loved it. The units are nice and spacious. They offer different floor plans, and the amenities are great! I spoke to a girl named Hira there, and she was beyond helpful and professional in answering all questions, and helping me understand the ins and outs of the property. Unfortunately, I got a job opportunity out of state and couldn't move in. However, I would totally recommend this apartment!

Run and run fast away from this place . It was great when I first moved in 9/18 and went down hill after that. The rugs are disgusting , filthy and some smell very bad , aggressive pit bulls and a shooting in the garage and no satisfaction from Corporate. A lot of lip service when you complain and it's not cheap to live there . I was so hopeful when I moved there , very sad .

This is my first time renting. I found the application experience and staff especially Zach and Hira to be great. The ability to get quick responses and even be provided a tour in this environment was excellent. It certainly separated Everly compared to other properties in town. I moved in last week and haven't had any issues. Thanks for making this experience as painless as possible for me.

I lived at Everly for about a year and a half and loved it! I moved to Everly while looking to buy a house, and would have happily stayed for several more years if I didn't need to move. The apartment was beautiful and all common spaces were kept extremely clean. Before COVID, there were social events a few times per month held by the leasing office and quiet gatherings by the pool. Since COVID, strict social distancing is followed, but they still do a great job making Everly feel like a community.
The maintenance team is fantastic! They have 3-4 of friendly and trustworthy maintenance staff,

Have thoroughly enjoyed this property from the first moment I moved in. The assistant property manger Hira, has been incredibly helpful with everything, since my move. Maintenance has been incredible too, I’ve had one issue with the apartment and it was amended within 10 minutes of me making a call. I move a lot for work and overall this has been one of the best properties I have the pleasure of living in.

Where do i begin. My husband and I were excited to rent from this community. We put down a 300 deposit to hold a unit. Unfortunately this was premature. We shouldn't have done so before doing our homework. We drove through the parking garage following this to see cars on cinderblocks. We then contacted Wakefield police who informed us of the numerous occasions they are there DAILY for drug activity. When we went to get our deposit back explaining why, Cassandra from greystar informed us she was in Not aware of incidents, Never happened since she worked there. See her correspondence on other

I usually don't write review or complains or anything. But this time I had to write something. I live in the every building for 2 years now. We be had 3 cars that had been robbed from our garage. And the problem no one is doing nothing. I m sure we are not the only ones that faces this problem but this show that there is no safely in this building or neighborhood unfortunately no body does anything we call we emailed no one does nothing. Good news: The evil manager Debbie is gone.
Bad news: there is officially no phone number for Everly. The number provided goes offsite to people who cannot help you. It's very difficult to schedule to get things fixed - air conditioning works horribly if at all.
If you comment anything less than positive on their Instagram in hopes of delivering feedback or raising awareness of this facility they block your account.
The new cleaning people do a horrible job, whatever products they use make it smell like a doggie daycare.

Thank you very much for your effort in responding. I appreciate the response and I have spoken with the on site community director. His response has provided clarification, and contradiction to the information provided by the employee during the initial interaction. Bottom line, it is disheartening to know that you have an employee that a) is unaware of the correct information when responding to resident's concerns and b) believes and purports that a landlord may, at will, author and enforce any standard, policy, rule and/or regulation it wishes without prior notification and agreement

I have just signed another 12 month lease to live here at Everly. I am so happy with the Apartment Complex, it looks and feels like you live at a hotel. It is very clean and quiet here including high traffic areas like the gym and community room! I would highly recommend the Community to anyone looking for hassle free, high end living!

Everly Apartments are simply AMAZING. I have lived here for several months and I can't imagine living anywhere else. First, the location cannot be beat. Everly is located right off of I95 and across the street from the Market Street Shops which include Whole Foods, Starbucks, Legal Sea Foods, and plenty of other great restaurants and stores. The Market Street Shops are expanding quickly too. It is also about a 5 minute drive to the commuter rail stop and Lake Quannapowitt. Everly is surrounded by protected wetlands which gives a suburban feel and the comfort of knowing there will not be any

I have just recently moved to Everly and (as much as one can say about moving) the entire experience has actually been quite pleasurable.
The Everly staff is extremely friendly and personable. They have been very accommodating through every step of the move.
The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious with well thought out floor plans. So far, it has been nice and quiet at all hours of the day/night.
The fitness center is state of the art. I can't wait for the pool to open!

Everly is the place to live! I've been so impressed in the 7 months I've lived here now.. The location is key. So convenient to rt 1, 128, boston & with market Street Lynnfield steps away doesn't get better than that. The staff here is Amazing.. Always nice to see smiling faces & people who care about the residents it feels like a family here. Also Pet friendly which is a bonus. The property is beautiful & so well taken care of on a daily basis. Upscale without being in the city. I highly recommend Everly.

The building is extremely modern, clean and high-end. All of the facilities are top class and the location right across the street from Market Street is amazing. I moved into Everly from out of state and didn't have time/resources to drive down and look at the complex. Lauren helped me throughout the whole process and assisted me with every question I had and was also kind enough to send me pictures of the available units.
Once I arrived, I could say that it surpassed my expectations. Staff and neighbors are super friendly and awesome and everybody has a community driven mentality where we want to preserve what's in the common areas.

High End Boston Quality and Feel without the expensive cost and hassle.
I love it. It's gorgeous and has all the amenities that you can not get in the city!
