They only try to took your money ,2 times applictions ,to left the lease ,noticed 90 days ,it mean u pay more 2 months,then u have to pay 3 months to quit .it mean I paid 5 months rent for nothing .thanks if u work with them exactly ready 5th money to pay ☺️☺️☺️☺️

I rented a home from them (1312 grand Ave Lv Kansas). It has a Brown recluse problem and I feel like they knew about it because in the lease they stated any infestation problem would need to be taken care of by the tenant. . It has something living in the ceiling/walls. When the oven went out on me at the beginning of last November it took them almost 2 month to replace it plus almost a month to fix the leaking toilet after a work order was put in plus multiple emails. Not satisfied with these landlords at all!. The floors are starting to crack and

Definitely not renewing my lease. I've had many maintenance issues and they perform sloppy repairs. It took them 6 months to repair a broken lock on my garage door until I reported it to the city. My air conditioning has been out for almost a week and it's 90 degree weather and they still haven't accommodated window units as they stated they would. Trees have fallen in the yard and both landed on the side of the house and they took a month and a half to remove the first one. The second tree is still in my yard on the side of my house. Shelley was not helpful and rude when we reached out in regards to questions we had about additional costs charged to us after our lease was up. Instead of helping us with questions we had, one issue of normal wear (of a 40 year old house) was summed up as our negligence. We were also charged for items that were in poor condition and noted by the homeowners prior to our occupancy of the residence. I have rented from 3 other property management companies, two of which are in the KC area, and this has been by far the most unprofessional and shady (in terms of ‘repair-fees’) experience I have

Shelley with Swift is incredible. I'm new to using a property manager as I have spent years managing properties myself. She was incredibly responsive and working late into the evening getting my home ready for renters. Her communication is fun, yet professional. Extremely helpful and willing to do anything to help. She was clear on what repairs were needed for the home and I have no doubt she will find good renters. I wish I had done this years ago.

I managed my own properties for over 15 years and I was fully committed to the success of my investments and my tenant's satisfaction. I wasn't convinced that a property management company would be as dedicated. For the past 2 years, Swift RPM has made me a believer. This company understands the concept of Win/Win.
