Chris was licensed in Oklahoma in 2002, Kansas and Missouri in 2004. Since the beginning Chris has had an emphasis on working with real estate investors to maximize their real estate investments through selective acquisition, great property management and know when to sell or exchange. Chris works with "traditional" buyers and sellers as well.

I had a very unique situation and was looking for some thing soon for my children and myself. I was in panic mode and trying to call and explain my unique situation to all sorts of property managers. I was getting nowhere.

The maintenance team was super helpful! I put in a request online Friday night (the heat was blowing cold) and someone called me back Saturday morning. The maintenance guy (Bo/Beau) came the same day. He was on time, very polite, and knowledgeable. And I appreciated that he took the time to explain to me what he repaired and how the repair would/wouldn't impact me. Great service!

As an out of town property owner I appreciate the peace of mind that Ad Astra gives me. Keely has been particularly helpful in managing the property. She's always responsive to my inquiries, and willing to do what's needed to make sure the job is done right. When questions or concerns have arisen, she's checked on the property in person, without me having to ask.

I love this company! Seriously if you are looking for a good property management company to rent from this one is it! Ad Astra Realty is awesome and they work hard to get you in. I just moved into a house in Mission and I had a tight schedule. The leasing department worked me in and even though it was a tight squeeze they had the house ready for me. House was immaculate and I'm so excited to start my new chapter here.

Ad Astra Realty has been awesome form the beginning on the rental process to maintenance requests. When I moved in to my new home there wasn’t a vent cover on the exhaust for the dryer. I turned in a maintenance request and they fix the issue quickly. I wasn’t home when their repair man came over, he treated my wife wife respect and did an outstanding job. It not often you find a place that has both outstanding workmanship and customer service. I highly recommend Ad Astra to anyone look for a new home.

I moved into a property managed by Ad Astra Realty in May. They have been great in helping with issued I had identified. I noticed the refrigerator freezer was not keeping things frozen. I opened a ticket & they had a repair company come the next day to replace the compressor. There were also some trees on the property that needed some trimming to keep branches off roof & raise their ground clearance. They had a tree service come out & do the work. Three neighbors have complimented on how nice the property looks. So far I have been very pleased with their attention to repairs & improvements to

We used Ad Astra to rent our second home. Ashley and Jimmy were extremely professional and attentive to our requests. Our home got rented sooner than expected at an excellent monthly rent. We had a couple bumps at the beginning with a potential tenant, but we were so grateful to have Ad Astra in our corner. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a leasing agent.
