Positive: Quality, Responsiveness
Key Partners was very responsive and did all they could to make sure we had the best experience possible! While the owner of the property was unwilling to help us, Key Partners went above and beyond to solve our problems and always responded to our emails within 24 hours!

I would never rent with this company again! I feel like for the amount of money we paid for our rental we had a very poor experience.
The repairs we asked for were rarely deemed necessary on their part.
The lease has a built in clause requiring you to act as a company rep and give tours of your rental on their behalf. It was very inconvenient and we received very little communication regarding it.
We were model tenants and made a good effort to keep the place upkept and do a thorough cleanout, but they still nickel and dimed our entire security deposit away.
Overall I was glad to leave their

I have worked with Leslie and the National Property Management Group (NPMG) for over 10 years. I have rented out my condo every single year under the NPMG without any problems. Leslie runs a first class organization.
The communication is constant and speedy and the professionalism is top notch. The main incentive I had with NPMG is they handled all of my rental needs. From repairs, upgrades, contacting suppliers/contractors to screening tenants everything was managed by them which allowed me to focus on my business and family.
I definitely recommend there service and will only use their service
