Trong is the best! He gave me very good advice throughout the somewhat emotional process of selling what had been my first home, and now had tenants. When they moved out, he lined up an excellent contractor to perform repairs and stage it, recommending some cost effective updates that really increased the 'wow' factor. I went into this fairly blind, I have never sold a property before. Trong guided me through the whole process and kept me calm after having some freak outs :) He is VERY knowledgeable and never made feel like my questions were silly even if they were.
