Rick inspected a 756 square foot house we were looking to buy. Some inspectors only want you with them the last half hour (to get paid). Others tell you not ask any questions until they are finished with inspection, by then he can't see what you are talking about. Rick encouraged us to be there and go with him as he did the inspection and to ask questions as they came up. He would answer thoroughly. After I received inspection report, I had a few questions and emailed Rick. He emailed me back right away with the answers. I highly recommend Rick Hunt, Illiana Home Inspection.
