We were first time home buyers, so we did not understand the home inspection process or what to look for. Our appointment was set for 3pm and when we got there, the inspector stated he had some family event that day. He stated that he had come early, and already finished the inspection. He showed us things, both good and bad and sent us an inspection report. Everything seemed great and the things that were pointed out, we were okay with and accepted that they would need to be fixed. Since, we have had a few unrelated home problems, and have had professionals ask repeatedly "did you even get a home

We are very pleased with our inspection. In the report and throughout the inspection they were very detailed and reliable. The explanation of what was found and pictures really helped us to understand the report and house well. When calling for a quote John was very kind and knowledgeable. During the home inspection the inspector did a great job.
