Whoa! Everything about this yoga studio is pretty much perfect. The teachers are amazing, the atmosphere lends itself to a peaceful and meaningful practice, great ambiance and it even smells wonderful. Jen Yuhas is my absolute favorite. Her classes are literally life-transforming.

Very kind instructors. This place is great if you’re looking for a yoga place! Make sure you start with a beginner class, some of the classes can be intense. The teachers will welcome you, get to know you, and be incredibly inclusive. I had never done yoga and they made me feel very comfortable. It’s a bit confusing to find - when you arrive at the address off Westheimer, you have to go park in the back of the building and walk into the 3733 building! It’s not marked with a sign outside the building. When you get inside though you’ll see that the studio is on the second floor.

Madonna is the best instructor! Love her flow class. Covid has made things tough for all of us but The Atrium’s livestream was flawless. Love the Spotify playlist on the side!

I love the airy, organic and plant-stuffed spaces at The Atrium. The owners, Jen and Madonna, always make me feel so welcome and cared for. The yoga instructors are some of the most expert in the field that I've studied from. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking to expand and upgrade your yoga practice.

It is with some hesitation that I write this, because currently this studio is a bit of a hidden gem, and I love the smaller, tight-knit classes in a lovely space but...
This is the best yoga studio in town (and I've tried all the vinyasa ones, some multiple times and others for several months-- so i feel confident in that statement). Instructors have a deep knowledge of the practice that inform classes and flows. I think the flow classes are accessible for all levels but the studio is also a yoga home for those who want an authentic place where they can learn and deepen their practice

This space and these teachers truly embody the love and light that yoga is all about. Warm, welcoming and clean space that is worth digging into and staying for a while. Would recommend 10 times over to any yogi new or seasoned.
Tons of parking, which is a DREAM in Houston. No added stress for your yummy yoga sessions.

I am new to yoga and out of serendipity I checked out their pop-up class in November before their opening in December. I was immediately greeted by co-owner Jen and her radiant energy! The vinyasa flow class was instructive and rejuvenating! The space has storage with minimal decor, which do not distract from the core spirit of the spirit. I have since become a member and attend classes at least 2x/week. They also offer array of other more personalized classes to meet individual needs. I high recommend everyone to pop in for a class and be part of a transforming community!
