We used this service tonight for Homecoming. We booked it late on Thursday and they took our friends credit card number over the phone since we booked it so late. During the evening, the driver contacted my friend saying that he needed cash. She told him that she already gave her credit card number when she booked it. He said that he was going to get fired if he didn't collect it in cash. She told him that she would get the cash and give it to him when he dropped the kids off. Throughout the evening the kids were calling and texting saying that he (the driver) wasn't taking them anywhere

Destiny limo Houston saved the day! We hired another limo service for our sons 16th bday to pick them up from our home and drop them off at a local venue (and we would meet them there). The limo was a surprise for our son and his friends. It was his gift from us. The other limo sent a text to me 30 mins before they were due to arrive that they were cancelling! I called and ask what was going on and they said the car was overheating. I didn’t “buy his story” and was in disbelief that he wasn’t trying to help us and just cancelled. We had talked to them multiple times.

This company is excellent! We used them for our wedding day and we could not have more pleased! Loved our driver -he was on time, professional and the limo was VERY clean and new looking! The owner Ebi gave us great customer service, good rates and confirmed everything ahead of time so we knew what to expect. My husband wants to use them for an upcoming friends birthday and get one of those party buses !!

If you guys are needing a top shelf limo, run from this company. The owner Ebi is the absolute worst. He borrows cars from other limo companies and refuses to pay for them. When they call trying to recoup the money he threatens them. Worst customer service I have ever seen from anywhere. I personally know of one car that was almost reported stolen because he didn't return it when he said he would. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!

Do not use this company if you want a great wedding day. The service was totally disappointing, the driver was extremely rude and unprofessional . They were also unapologetic. Please look elsewhere for better service. Believe the one star reviews others have written. I wished we read the reviews before hiring them.

Please do not use Destiny Limo. Find another limo company. This company's owner, Ebi, doesn't care about customer service. I was totally dissatisfied with the level of "customer service". He is rude and unwilling to compromise when I requested to change a date from our previous agreement. Either I had to stick to the original date or cancel and lose my entire deposit. Horrible service.

Totally dissatisfied with their service. they quote us one price...call us back and try to get more money. when their car picks us up...they try to switch with price on us again to get more money! called the "company" to complain and the owner starts screaming at me on the phone. truly unprofessional. this company needs to go out of business. they did a bait and switch too many times.

I had a wonderful experience with Destiny Limousine Service! Prior to renting the party bus, I set up a meeting with the owner to to meet his staff and tour the party bus fleet. Needless to say, I was more than impressed with my visit and immediately booked on the spot. The owner is extremly great to work with and I will definitely be recommending his service to others. The bus arrived exactly on time filled with ballons and festive attire for the birthday celebration. I was very impressed, the party bus was top notch, beautiful interior and exterior. The driver was also very friendly and responsive

The only positive thing I have to say is they were punctual and the drivers were very friendly.
I had never been on a party bus and was looking forward to this experience for my birthday. The amount of money I was charged for the services was way too much for a dirty, smelly, broken party bus. The party bus smelled like vomit and the mirrors were not clean at all. The strobe lights, smoke machine, and tv did NOT work and the speakers were busted. Two of the three compartments for ice were missing. The door immediately started opening once were got on the
