My office-mate recommended this practice and I'm very pleased I took their advise. The addition of Pilates to my regimen has been great. I feel good knowing that I can also get more intensive treatment when I'll need it again.

My co-worker has been raving about Dr. Leaf for years. I needed to get back into shape after an injury, and New Leaf PT has surpassed my expectations in every way. My PT sessions were few and I quickly transitioned to Pilates -- which was new for me. But I LOVE it. I feel stronger in a way I didn't understand before. The pilates classes keep me coming back, and I know should I have any other flare ups, I can make another physical therapy appointment with one of the therapists at any time. This is well worth it! Out of network insurance coverage. Very helpful.

Years after a hip injury, I found myself in pain again and frustrated by my in network PT options. Nothing was getting to the root of the issue let alone fixing it. I'm happy to have found that I'm able to understand my body in a way I haven't before, and feel better and stronger.

I never thought that pilates would be life changing, but it is. I'm a convert. After years of working too much and working out too little, I've found that Pilates at New Leaf, even just twice a week keeps me feeling much better (lower back, neck, etc). I really appreciate the small class sizes so that I can get feedback about my form and get better and better.

I've been to my share of PT offices in the city, and this is nothing like your average office. The therapists spend a full hour with each patient. I don't get switched between practitioners without my knowledge, and I really feel marked improvement, not only in my pain, but in my understanding of how to prevent it going forward. I'm going to start pilates soon -- I can't wait.

Dr. Leaf is a miracle worker. I've never felt better since coming here. I'm a very active person (running, skiing, etc) and I've had chronic knee pain since a college injury. Dr. Leaf (Stephanie) has made it possible for me to participate in all the sports I want. I've learned so much about my movement, from how I sit at work to how I look at my phone. I'm grateful for the whole body mind approach that is taken here. I never thought I'd love pilates so much.

Dr.Leaf has magic hands! I came to see her with bulging discs and sciatic pain for three years. I saw lots of PT's, chiropractors, acupuncturists and massage therapists but during the last months things only got worse. Several times a week I could barely walk because my lower back was on "lockdown". I have seen Dr.Leaf three times and since the first treatment I have not have one pain episode! After the first session I already felt much better and things improved from there. She gave me super-easy but very powerful exercises and I can see the progress in my spine. You can feel that she is different
