Mexican restarauant in Greenville is under the ownership of The Serron family. Fiesta Rodeo Mexican Cuisine. Oscar and Sherri Serron moved from San Diego California to raise their children in the fox valley. The Serron family had their first restaurant experience in Appleton, Wisconsin when they opened "The Greek Cafe" in Appleton and sold it after a few years later.

We were basically forgotten after our food was served. I had to flag a waiter down to ask for our bill about an hour later. Then the bill was laid on the table and he walked away, without telling us to pay at the bar, at the reception desk, or if he'd be back for it. The food was great, as usual, the service was not .

Living in Appleton, I regularly eat at El Azteca. I tried Fiesta Rodeo for the first time today and can say it outshines El Azteca in most ways.
The chips and salsa were great, my entree (skillet burrito) was excellent, the margarita was on point, and the service was fast and friendly. The only thing I missed was the bean dip for the chips at El Azteca. Otherwise, Fiesta Rodeo was just better.
I'll definitely be back.

I called a day in advance to reserve a table for 8 that was away from the entrance so I could keep my wife from seeing my son who was coming home from the Marines for the first time in many months. He wanted to surprise her and my other son his younger brother. The staff accommodated our every need to make this special moment happen. Everything went off just as it was planned and the food and drinks were amazing as well as the incredible service and atmosphere! The service was very respectful and graciously thanked my son for his service and gave him his meal and drinks on the house out of appreciation
