The person on the phone to schedule the tow was very attentive and got everything sorted out quickly. The truck driver was attentive and we had a good chat on our way to the shop. He knew he had to go around the block so he can drop the car off in front of the shop. Overall great service, I was charged $100 for a 3.7 mile/10 mins drive, I thought that was reasonable given all the labor that goes into towing. Definitely will use it again.

Omg these guys are amazing! I called them because I needed my car to be towed right away, and they came sooner than they estimated. I was under a lot of stress and Jose was able to talk to me with patience and professionalism. They were so friendly and recognized my car immediately after I had described the make and model over the phone. And even offered to drive me up to the city where I needed to go, about 10 miles away. Call Big Sky immediately if you need help! Jose and his team are super!

My cars wheel got mess up while driving. I called this company they came fast which I appreciate since I was already running late for work. The price was good not only that but the driver was very nice and he knew what he was doing. You guys should check them out whenever you need a tow/ roadside assistance.

After already being upset about my car braking down, this tow truck company made the process as pleasant as it could get. They were to my rescue quickly and promptly on the ETA I was told. The driver was super nice and clearly could see I was upset about my car and he kept trying to make me smile and laugh. They were also very reasonably priced, which is why I picked them in the first place. I got great customer service for a great price!!
