The subject of funerals is never easy to discuss. Discussing your funeral in advance can be a worthwhile experience in light of the impact your own death will have on those you love most. Many individuals and families are making the decision to plan their funeral in advance as well as pre-fund their expenses before the need arises.

I lost my husband suddenly in July (2019), he was only 42, I am only 32. Michael and Gloria did a wonderful job of 'taking care of me' while I went through the difficult process of planning my husbands funeral. Michael was very thorough and patient with my mom and I as we processed all the details and information he needed. Gloria was so very kind and gentle. I recommend Diehl's to everyone.

I called Diehl's to speak with them about my father who passed away. The funeral director did not say I am sorry for your loss. Instead, he treated me and my father like a transaction, not like a person. This business acts like they are selling widgets, not helping people bury their loved ones. I experienced no compassion and no empathy from them. I am so very disappointed. I hope my post helps them change their ways. You should not be in this business if you have no compassion. The owners of this business should be ashamed of themselves.
