This place was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! We had to have repair men come in twice. Once to fix the phone and once to fix the toilet (it kept running endlessly and was quite loud). We had to call for bedding for the couch bed which was basically a piece of metal with thin fabric spread over it (the floor would have been more comfortable). We had to have the pack and play replaced with another one, which by the way, was very dirty. The hot tub wasn't hot. The king bed was extremely uncomfortable, the cable didn't work and the thermostat was the most finicky thing in creation.

My boyfriend and I live down the street from the concourse and decided to do a staycation last week (on Thursday), spontaneously. Louis (I hope I'm spelling that correctly!) was so incredibly kind and hooked us up with a corner room, king bed, and even went the extra mile to come drop drink coupons for us at the bar. We were so blown away by the service. So lovely. I can't stress enough how much we appreciated it!

Hotels that charge over $300 per night come with a level of expectation. This hotel did not satisfy that expectation, and instead I am left sorely disappointed with my experience at this property.
The room wasn't ready at check-in time. Front desk representative told me they'd text me when the room was ready. That's fine - I'll go for a drive around town. Ten minutes later, I get the text that my room is ready. I return to the property. Apparently, the text being sent was a "glitch," and my room was still not ready. I sat in the lobby for almost an hour waiting for the room to be ready.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your stay. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed.

Everything was amazing! Staying on the Governor’s Club level the perks of drinks, Appetizers and breakfast are highly recommended, because of COVID and staffing it was not open but William the bartender on both nights in the lobby lounge was simply awesome. The room was clean and spacious the bed was so comfortable. The hot tub was large and awesome. Thanks for the wonderful staycation. We are already planning out next stay.
