On Dec 12 I went through 1800FLOWERS to have a Christmas arrangement delivered to a dear friend in Lakewood. I live in Tennessee and I’m always uncertain about quality of flowers when I use one of these… businesses as I have been disappointed in the past. Very happy to say that is not the case with your shop. Arrangement was delivered on time and it is gorgeous. My friend sent me a pic on day they were delivered, and a second pic today with a close up of two of the roses…and the roses are stunning. Many, many thanks for a job well done! I could've done better at the grocery store. Went in to spend $50 on flowers for the other-half. Picked out a few and left "the filler" to the woman working there. She "assembled them on the table and wrapped them. Then she trimmed the stems all different lengths. She told me I could trim more when I got them home "to fit the vase". HUGE disappointment. Several stems are cut so short that the flowers are pretty much jammed down into the vase just to touch the water. Perfect! Thank you. I live in the UK and wanted to get my grandma a little something for her birthday, so I searched on google for a florist shop that delivers on the same day around the Long Beach area and found Conroy’s Flowers. I’m glad I chose this florist shop as my grandma loved her flowers and balloon. Based on the photos she sent me the flowers looked vibrant and fresh. You could tell that it was arranged beautifully and with care. She also said that the person who delivered it was nice which was reassuring to know. Don’t shop here very bad customer service. I went to ask the florist behind the counter if they custom make an arrangement and before I could say anything she looked at me and said you pick out from the custom arrangements and pointed to the location. No hello nothing. I then asked her about the custom arrangements and she said no. I haven’t been to an in person Flower Shop as I usually order online but I was running errands and it was on my route. The staff recommended this beautiful basket. Listened to me call three times with instructions on how to deliver to the dorm office. Delivery charge very reasonable for the time and distance traveled.

Ordered delivery in the morning for my girlfriend. Was delivered, no knock or call. 3 hours later, called to ask. Owner hung up on me as I requested to cancel. Called back 30 minutes later, had designer answer, had me ask her to check and she found the flowers. Said I could only cancel if they came to take them from her. Nothing I can do to get back the delivery fee I paid for to get there at the same time I did. I hope this doesn't happen to you.
