I am a Certified Master Inspector that is licensed to provide services in Kentucky. My knowledge as a home inspector is based on 20 years of experience in the residential, commercial, and industrial construction industry and, over the past 10 years, I've inspected nearly 2000 homes. I am a Building Performance Institute certified Building Analyst.
Shepherdsville is located just south of Louisville, Kentucky and offers residents an alternative place to live for those who want a smaller town option. Residents are close enough to the Metro area that the commute is under 30-minutes into Louisville's downtown corridor. In just the past decade the population has spiked from around 9-thousand residents to well over 15,000 in that time frame.
